I made many local recordings for work meetings, and then hand to hand my laptop in when the service changed to a new provider. All my recordings were and are still visible in Zoom under "local recordings" but won't let me access them because it says that it was recorded on a different computer.
Is there any way to access these? They are very important for my work.

Hi @AHaynes welcome to the community! Local recordings are saved onto the device where the meeting originally took place; therefore, you're not getting access to the local recordings from the original saved destination. Zoom does not store data from local recordings.
Suggest when Sharing your Recordings to try uploading them to third-party cloud storage or content/learning management platform such as Dropbox or Google Drive.
