Hello- Seemingly out of nowhere Keynote and Powerpoint are not passing audio to ZoomAudioDevice when Sharing Screen. However ZoomAudioDevice passes audio when playing the same media in VLC or Quicktime. Anyone have any possible solutions? Mac OS 11.6.4 | Zoom 5.9.6 | System audio: ZoomAudioDevice
Thanks!
Chris

Unfortunately, I had to wipe the system and clean install Mac OS & Zoom.

I just had this happen (blank audio file) when recording a Keynote talk on Zoom. Turns out my new MacBook Pro has new default settings for the microphone and speakers to be some sort of USB device rather than the built-in microphone and speakers as previously. Dirty trick on users. I should have taken the initial suggestion to test microphone & speaker. Once I set those to the right devices, all worked well.
