Joining a meeting

I am using the latest version of Zoom Client(version-5.7.6 (1055))
on my PC(Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-bit). It was running well, but recently I'm not able to join any meeting. I have reported at least 12+ times but it's of no use. The problem persists.Well....I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it 3 times but it is of no use.

Try upgrading to windows 10/8.
