Hi, I have a company organizing many Zoom meetings and I can often see that users (participants) when they join the meeting using a mobile phone, they don't understand they have to click on "Connect with wifi" so we all lose a lot of time.
Before joining the meeting it asks if we want to join with video and on computer, there is a popup asking if we want to join audio. Why not on mobile with audio ?
Is there a better way to make the user join the audio via WIFI by default or on a page before to join the meeting ?
I even had to make an instruction notice like this to help users join audio ... :
