We want to run two meetings at the same time using our pro account. We are able to schedule them, but when we try to start them both - an error message appears that flags one meeting needing to end. Help!

You need a Enterprise, Business, or Education account to be able to Host 2 meetings at the same time - and that feature needs to be specifically enabled by Zoom Support.
Pro accounts cannot host more than one concurrent meeting.
