Dell XPS 13 9315 cannot hear shared audio

I have a Dell XPS 13 9315 and I hear people speaking fine and they hear me fine however when they share their screen and the audio from that screen the audio is scratchy, it sounds distorted, and is not clear at all.

The speakers are "intel Smart Sound technology for MIPI SoundWire" and the drivers are of the same name.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there a solution? Does zoom even support these new intel drivers?

Thanks

Very similar experience. Attending a zoom meeting but when someone shares their audio, it sounds like overactive noise cancellation where the sound goes in and out. Had to uninstall and reinstall Zoom and it worked for a while then it happened again. Dell 9320 XPS 13. Windows 11, all drivers up to date.
