Hi,

 I want to ask about recording.
I bought a paid account for 1 month.
then I made a recording to the cloud.
now, the account has expired.

how to download previous recordings when my paid account has run out?

 

Edit :
if I renew my account, will the recording come back?
recording in the cloud has a time limit, right?

Hi @Sandia_Wira ,

 

If your paid account expired, your cloud recordings will not longer be visible, however if you renew your subscription you will be able to get your recordings back. Make sure to download onto your computer before your subscription expires as follow https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/205347605.
