I thought for sure I had selected the correct recording option, but my meeting recorded to my computer. I would like to restore it to the online meeting recordings. Is that possible?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Fabtangler.
Unfortunately, no. There's not a way to upload recording files to the Zoom Cloud that were not generated by Zoom.
There is one work-around, if you're intent on having the locally-recorded meeting available in the Zoom Cloud:
Schedule a meeting and use Screen Share to record the local recording, with "Record to the Cloud" turned on.

Microsoft word will let you up load the zoom audio file that saved to your computer and transcribe it, you can put it into the document you have open. Look for Dictate up on the toolbar and the drop down should show transcript. Not perfect but it works in a pinch if you need the facts.
