I guess that is because then you do a recurring event people can register for part of the sessions.  If you upload a csv they will be registered for all automatically for all sessions.  So i guess product design did not implement such a feature.

hi and thanks for the answer.

in the registration settings i have 3 options:

1- "Attendees register once and can attend any of the occurrences"

2- "Attendees need to register for each occurrence to attend"

3- "Attendees register once and can choose one or more occurrences to attend"

for option 1, why there is no "global" CSV- import possible?

for option 2 i can understand, there is no gobal import. but why there is no import per occurrence?

anyway, we found a workaround

Hi, could you please explain which type of workaround you've used? I tried to start with a single instance webinar, import, and then convert it into a recurring webinar, but then it lost all the registrants.

Any hint?

Thanks

I, too, would love to hear the workaround.  We just created separate events which was a pain. Why does Zoom hate us?

Create a single instance webinar. Import registrants using csv. After the webinar is over go to previous webinar and change the date. You can change the date any number of times. After changing the date Zoom will send intimation to all the registrants.

I have no clou anymore, what our workaround was.
