Good afternoon, we are currently using zoom for church services due to not having a pastor. We will play a recoding in the afternoon via screen and sound share. Wednesday night the sound share started coming across extremely scratchy. The recording is not sharing with others like it use to. I have done all the computer tests I can. I've tried different computers and different accounts. I could use some great help to get this sorted out before Sunday. Thanks

Have you tried doing an advanced screen share of the file itself using the ZOOM video player? I find the quliaty far superior and the audio very good compared to doing a screen share of a recording being played back in the native Windows Player.

Going back to older version works (5.6.6). You can use this link (not hosted by zoom so not official) https://zoom-us-zoom.en.uptodown.com/windows/versions).
But also, if you have 64-bit machine, use the 64-bit download, not the 32-bit. That also corrects the problem for me.
