Zoom webinar - attendee list and chat

Hosted a webinar last night... There was more in the chat (I saw it with my own two eyes) then we got in the chat file after the webinar was over. How do we get the rest of what was contained in the chat and/or Q&A?

 

Also, how do I get a list of who attended? We did not require registration for the webinar. I only want a list of the names used when they signed on.

Hi,

I believe (Attendee) & (Q&A) reports are what you are looking for, Webinar host/ Admin in the account would be able to generate these reports . Please check this support article that covers all about webinar reports.

 

Regarding the chat,

  • did you save the chat of the webinar ? or did you enable auto-saving chat setting in Zoom portal ? if yes you can view the saved chat locally on your computer 
  • or did you record the webinar with save-chat setting enabled ?  if yes you can find it on your zoom portal under recording with all the files
