Zoom Webinar Security/Link Questions

Working with a client and trying to replicate what they did last year for a setup with a different company, they're requesting a few things that we cant figure out...
1. Are we able to send out personalized invites (i.e., a unique Zoom webinar link to each attendee)? I know we can have each attendee register for the webinar and then authenticate when they log in.  Is that the extent of the security?
2. Is there a way to delay the Zoom webinar room information to go out until 24 hours before the webinar date? As of now it goes our immediately after registration, is there a way to withhold that information and send it out later?
