I'm sent 5 recordings after a recorded presentation. Can someone tell me how the various formats for Zoom recordings are different?

Great question! I'm not sure why I can't find documentation that explains the file naming concepts behind their recordings, but it would be helpful. Because, if you're like me and do a bulk download of all recordings from a meeting, you have no idea from the file naming what is what. So, some time back I downloaded one recording at a time and watched and noted the file naming convention that was being used. Here are my notes... there are some variables that can show-up, such as the resolution numbers based on your subscription capability and the resolution of the largest screen share.
- Recording_gvo = Gallery View version
- Recording_1920x1080 = Shared Screen with Speaker View
- Recording_gallery_1920x1080 = Shared Screen with Gallery View
- Recording_avo = Speaker View version
- Recording_as_1920x1080 = Shared Screen only recording
- Recording.m4a = Audio only version
- Recording_separate#.m4a = Isolated Audio only of an attendee
