At the start of the webinar, I used three slides of PowerPoint to switch between "image + music" and "video " for the opening.
But sometimes when I broadcast and switch them at the same time, the PowerPoint freezes.
How can this be avoided? Is it a problem with the specifications of the PC?

Hi Shigemi,
Are all 3 slides part of the same PowerPoint presentation? Are you using any timings in the presentation? We do this as well for our live training sessions, and don't have an issue; therefore, this could be a problem with your PC. Be sure to close any other programs that you do not need for your webinar and try again. You may also want to increase the amount of RAM on your computer.
Hope this helps!
