I have a webinar scheduled for this afternoon and it indicates there are 100 attendees permitted.  Our IT dept. just upgraded the add on to allow up to 500 attendeees.  Will that increase automatically apply to a previously scheduled web inar or do I have to cancel the first webinar and schedule a new larger webinar?

Hi @dparker2763 ,

I hope all is well with you!

Yes, as long as the upgraded Webinar 500 add-on is assigned to you (or to the one who scheduled the webinar), your webinar attendees capacity automatically increases.

Our Webinar Attendees capacity are as follows:

500, 1000, 3000, 5000, 10000, 50000

Please note the host, co-host, and panelist/ speaker each of them will all occupy a seat, meaning your Zoom Webinar Capacity will be reduced depending on the number of non-attendees you have present in the webinar.
