Webinar: 1 hour before notification

Hello,

We had a webinar last week and for some reason the 1 hour reminder notification did not go to attendees.  We have had webinars before where it did work.  I've opened a ticket with Zoom, but information has been slow coming from them.  Has anyone else ever experienced this?   Thanks!

Hi @cheekymiss43, do your participants get any other reminders from Zoom on your Webinar? If so, what were the reminders that were sent out? I am not seeing a support ticket opened with your email tied to your Zoom account.
