Using Zoom for Youtube Interviews

I am curious if anyone is using Zoom for interviews. We are moving from a lot of Podcasts on MP3 to Youtube which is more visual, lets call it all MP4.

 

Anybody else doing this? Are their Zoom Resources? 

 

Most are famous Texas people and I want this to look professional

I should add that I have used Zoom for corporate for some time but never for this. If there is a Video showing how to do this. Please point me that direction
