Hello to all of you,
When I upgrade from Webinar to Zoom Events can I still organize webinars?
We would like to use Events for conferences and Webinar for simple one hour sessions.
Do we need both tools?
Or does Events include all features of Webinar?
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi, Silvia,
You can go to that link to create a standalone Webinar. But you must go to https://events.zoom.us/ to create everything relating to a Zoom Conference in the Zoom Events product.

Hi, @Sipar,
For only $20 extra dollars a month, an Events license is a good deal! You get the full Webinar package included, and there are a couple of small features added to Webinars with an Events license, like the Backstage option (as an alternative to a simple Practice session).
You will not need a Webinar license on the same account as an Events license. If you have more than one user on your organizational account, There are ways to permit that user to help with editing Conferences without also adding an Events license to their account. Let me know if you’d like to know more on this.

Hi Ray,
thank you very much for your answer.
Can we login here:
if we subscribe to events?
This dashboard is much more comfortable to organize webinars, and we got it in German language.

We are about to upgrade from Webinars to Event and looking forward to it! You definitely don't need both 🙂

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @MollyElizabeth.
You might consider joining Denise Lahat’s ( @DeniseLahat ) Facebook group for Zoom Events producers. See her posts about the regular meetings where we test out features most Tuesdays in an actual Zoom Event. https://www.facebook.com/groups/zoomeventpros
I'm also working with Zoom Events on a small scale, and always happy to help.
