Share system sound is no longer available in Zoom webinars as of this morning

Hi all,

Today we are trying to run a webinar and share system sound like we always have.  When we try to do this the option is not available - grayed out.  This worked yesterday.  We tried multiple computers and multiple users and we all have active audio devices.  Zoom Meetings work with this feature but as of today only Webinars don't give us the option.  This does not work on both Mac and Windows OS.

Has anyone else seen this today or have any suggestions?

SOLVED.  Somehow the hosts settings got changed to multiple screen share which turns off the system sound sharing option.  The user did not change it so we are not sure how it happened.

So, I'm still having this issue and I noticed that the settings are not set to Multiple Screen share. I wonder what else could trigger this Share Sound option to be grayed out.
