People Cannot Register

While some people have been able to register for my event, several have reached out saying they are not able to get past the page where you try to pay. Has anyone else had this issue?

I have a question myself. I am a host. lately few members -  the same ones - cannıt open the registratiln link I sent them. So they are not able to fill the form and inevitably cannot attend the meeting. How could I remedy the problem?
