We've hosted a couple of events integrating with eventbrite and the number of registrations and each person's details has flowed between eventbrite and zoom seamlessly. However, for the event we're currently taking bookings for, zoom is only registering 42 attendees whereas eventbrite has registered 107. Even accounting for a few double bookings, this doesn't make sense. I'm worried that people won't be able to access our event which is in 2 days time!
It appears that zoom and eventbrite stopped speaking to each other on the 15th May 2024.
Can you offer any support?
Thanks

Hi @Neu21 ,
This is a problem to throw back at Eventbrite.
I would suggest resetting the connection in Eventbrite to Zoom.
You could export the list from Eventbrite and then import it into Zoom if it is a webinar.
If you are using zapier or another product to connect them, this would also be a good place to check.
