Cannot watch a recorded session after registering.

I am attempting to watch a recorded pd session. I registered fine. When it took me to the actual session it just gives me a white screen with the title of the session at the top. I've tried different browsers and incognito mode.

My students are having the same problem. One of them told me she solved it by changing browsers (from Chrome to Safari) three days ago, however today it's not working anymore.
