Hi all
I am having issues with not being able to send myself the edited version of the post-meeting summary. The system allows me to select myself and send, but it is not received in my Outlook Inbox.
Has anyone got some troubleshooting ideas on how to fix this?

I'm in the dark too Rob74 but would love an answer. I can't download or re-send edited summaries. I get the message 'No permission' but I am the host and have already been sent the original. Go figure. I've been cutting and pasting to WORD...what a drag. I saw more on this here

Yes, it is a bit of a mystery to me as it did work when I first started using it. I am copying and pasting the edited version into a Word document, which is pretty old school for an AI tool and inefficient.

Wow, how many times do you have to request before they answer? This is craxy, we all have the same issue and they are ignoring it.

Hello there,
I'm sorry for the late response and the inconvenience.
Our engineering team has confirmed that the current behavior for AI Meeting Summaries is as follows:
- Initial Summary: The initial meeting summary is automatically sent to all participants.
- Subsequent Updates: If a host edits the summary after it's been initially shared, they'll need to manually reshare the summary to send an updated email notification to participants.
We understand that this might not be the ideal behavior, and we appreciate if you can provide your feedback. Rest assured that it will be forwarded to the relevant department for considerations on future enhancements.

You have misunderstood the issue.
The problem is with manually sharing the edited version. After we edit the post-meeting summary, it cannot be manually shared, not even to the host. I must manually copy and paste the edited text into a Word document.

Hi @Rob74,
I'm sorry for the confusion. Unfortunately, the unedited version cannot be re-shared.
Currently you can only manually copy it to a thirdparty text editor like MS Word and resend it.

It cannot be shared to myself as the meeting host.
Can you also check to see if it is correct that all participants receive the initial meeting summary, as this is not my understanding, and none of my clients have mentioned receiving it.
