I attended an incredible Work Transformation event and was truly impressed by the remarkable technical performance. Is it accurate to say that the seamless translation from English into German, French, and Spanish was driven by advanced AI technology? Was this impressive feat indeed powered by AI?

speech and language processing, of which speech translation is a part, has been a core area of artificial intelligence. By definition any automatic system that performs speech translation is an AI system.
