Getting Message "the host is in another zoom meeting"

I recently upgraded my account.  Ever since doing that whenever I set up a meeting and go into the room, the guests can not get in.  They get a message saying 'the host is in another meeting"  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Visit your profile https://zoom.us/profile,  and then click "Sign Me Out From All Devices" at that same page.

Please explain. Like SisRuth, I've opened a scheduled meeting as host, then people try to join by clicking the link that zoom sent, and they get this message. I don't understand when we're supposed to do this sign out move - after we've opened the meeting? If we sign out from all devices, how can we use a device to run the meeting? Please explain!
