Voicemail not Displaying in Zoom App but got a transcript




I am running into a problem where I am getting vm transcripts sent to my email but I am not able to listen to them. As in they are not showing up in the App to listen to. I am going to the voicemail tab, refreshing, and restarting my app. It also will show that there is a voicemail to listen to in the app notification but it will again not show the vm itself to listen to. Any suggestions?

Hi there! Have you tried checking if you are using the current version of the Zoom application? We are now running 5.15.5 version. Please check here how to update your Zoom client.
