Hi @HappyCamper2010 @esg_admin welcome to the community! I maybe understand your attempt to removing the option to Dismiss (if the call was routed to you through a call queue). After doing a bit of research, I don't believe (from what I've searched within the documentation) that there is an option to removing the "dismiss" for operators receiving the call; the only options I've noticed were with how your call distribution is setup within your call queues. However, I also suggest Sending feedback to Zoom if such options are not available to you when setting up your call queues.
