Scheduling meeting for specific Zoom group

Hey, 

 

I am new to Zoom from admin / hosting perspective. I only have free plan and definitely not seeing all the functionality but I am wondering is it possible to divide Organization into multiple groups (depts) and let those groups manage their separate meetings & chats?

Idea:

Company I work for will delegate Zoom account creation to me. I need to create 3 separate depts each with 10 members. Each dept (Zoom group) will have group admin / host & their own Zoom meetings & Dept chat.

Only thing suitable for further structuring of members of org I saw were Zoom groups
