Registration failure for authorized users reason


We have set up a zoom meeting for this Friday and we have a license for up to 300 attendees.  Most attendees are having no issues following the normal registration process.  but we have five attendees that were refused, with a banner flashing on the top of the screen saying:


This meeting is for authorized registrants only.  Please enter another email address.  


All of the attendees have registered for other zoom meetings and their email address is valid and not new.  How can I fix this?

Hi @terrydgould this would be due to the users attempting to use an email address not associated with a Zoom Account. 


From the Knowledge Base article on Scheduling and customizing a meeting with registration it states, "If you also require authentication to join your meeting, your registrants will need to register with an email that is associated with an active Zoom account. This must be done before registration can be completed. Authentication profiles can also require the registrant to join the webinar with an account that matches the email they registered with."
