How do you get access to the written transcripts of a recorded meeting?

Hello,

 

The article below will walk you through, enabling and viewing your cloud recording transcript.

The first step would be to ensure it's enabled in your recording settings.

Go to your account settings > recording > advanced cloud recording > enable audio transcription.

Of course you'll only have access to meetings you hosted/recorded.

"Enable audio transcription" does not show up as an option under Advanced cloud recording settings for me.  I have pasted what I have here.  I do have a license. 

 

Advanced cloud recording settings

Add a timestamp to the recording
Display participants' names in the recording
Record thumbnails when sharing
Optimize the recording for 3rd party video editor
Save panelist chat to the recording
Save closed caption as a VTT file

Any other thoughts on my predicament, Cameron?

The prerequisites for this feature are as follows:

Prerequisites

  • Business, Education, or Enterprise account with cloud recording enabled
  • Account owner or admin privileges for enabling or disabling at the account or group level

Note: If you meet the prerequisites above, but do not see the optionsubmit a request to Zoom Support to have this feature enabled.
