Feature Request - Configuration separation of file types allowed - Internal vs. External Meetings


Can you please separate the permissions to allow posting of PDF files when the audience is internal? This would enable us to collaborate in real time on PDF files with internal employees without exposing ourselves to the following security risks.  


Currently it is only configurable at the global level. Meaning that if you enable PDF files, it applies to both internal and external meetings. Externally sharing PDF's pose the following security risks. 


  • Data Leakage 

  • No AV scan on incoming files sent via ZOOM.

  • There have been cases (some of which I know firsthand) about users who made Zoom calls, mostly job interviews, and the interviewer was a hacker posing. He sent the "contract" through Zoom and asked the employee to open it, thus taking over the workstation.
