Error to live stream to Facebook

When clicking on "go live on Facebook" from the webinar, a window appears that reads we are not logged into Facebook. We are correctly logged in to Facebook on the browser. How else do we connect Facebook to our Zoom again? Is there somewhere in the Zoom settings where we have to enter our Facebook login information? We also tried setting the custom live streaming service option for Facebook, but, when testing it and clicking on "start webinar", no live video appeared on our Facebook page. How can we successfully fix this issue and be able to share our webinars on Facebook again?

Hi @OutlierLegal, welcome to the Zoom community! Can you try uninstalling and reloading the zoom app? Let me know if that helps at all.
