Hi Everyone. I wanted to ensure that everyone was aware of Zoom Virtual Agent for Voice (ZVAV), Zoom's Agentic AI-powered voice bot. We are showing it to educational organizations of all sizes. If your organizations get excessive calls with questions that could be answered with existing content or an established process that can be automated, this could help.

Zoom Virtual Agent integrates with Zoom Contact Center, Genesys, and will also support Zoom Phone, launching later this month.
