We have 4 accounts - the main one and 3 sub accounts. We have linked the main one to Vimeo and it is really helpful. Can we link the sub-accounts also?

Has anyone encountered this? I guess someone who owned my number before started using it as their ID and then didn't want to change it? I wonder if there's any way to find out who owns it, and if they're not a frequent Zoom user, or maybe don't use it all, possibly get them to give it up so I can use it? 

Hello, Recently an attendee used the closed captions feature in a meeting. We were unaware that this feature was available and noticed that there were permissions for the user to obtain a transcript of the meeting. Is there a way to find out which attendee initiated closed captioning?The account used to host the meeting is a premium account. The attendees only have free accounts. Thank you!

With the latest version installed, I am told that my machine does not support virtual backgrounds. The help page does not list W11 among supported operating systems! Will that be corrected on the W11 release date?

I have the $15 per month plan.I would like to know how to get the zoom back end to kick up camera resolution to 720P or higher with a small number of participants.My advanced settings are set to allow high quality video.I understand its important to put the zoom app into full screen as well.Do all participants need to be in full screen mode for camera video to kick up to 720 or 1080?Do all participants need a paid account?There are 3 to 4 participants on my recurring call, all on fast macs with fast connectionsMy stats window always says 320 x 640.Screen share picks up to 1080Sadly camera feed never exceeds 320x640Would zoom consider a force 720 camera video feature?  

Just getting our company up and running with Zoom Phones. My question is about ensuring Caller ID is set up properly. I have a local number assigned to me. When I look in my settings, it says that caller ID is set to my company name, but when I test it, the phone number appears without my company name. What am I missing?

Many times now chat is not functioning properly.Messages sent to the host are coming to me only as co-host.Messages I send to other co-hosts are not being received Zoom Help is pretty useless in 2023 I am very surprised.I am wondering if this issue is caused by 2 people logging in as host to the same meeting????HELP!!!!!

I upgraded my Zoom account. Instead of upgrading my account, Zoom created a second account with the same email address as the user name. Now when I start a meeting, I don't know which account I'll be using and whether the meeting will have to end after 30 or 40 minutes. I would delete the original profile, but I'm nervous about Zoom software quality. (I am sure that I specified a pay-per-month plan, but Zoom charged me for the whole year in advance, which I did not expect and did not intend to consent to.) Now I never know which account I am signing in to when I launch zoom. thank goodness I used different photos for the profiles. Can I delete my original (free) account with 100% confidence that I won't be deleting the paid account too, and flushing away a year's prepayment? The Zoom chatbot was flummoxed by this question. 

Hello,Last year I paid annual subscription for another person who had a free Zoom account.  I just cancelled the subscription renewal. How can I delete my credit card information that remains on his account?

The body seems to have disappeared so here goes againThe Business account has a minimum of 10 USERS, so you can easily change from 1 x Pro account to 10 x Business accounts.  And end up with a monthly bill going from £15 to £150.  No notification, just an unpleasant realising when credit card bill arrives.DO NOT USE BUSINESS unless you like big charges.

I hold a Pro account for our condo board - up to 10 members only who meet once a month via zoom.  I want to enable one of those members to schedule and host a meeting in the event I'm unable to.  I'm trying to figure out if this is covered in my $20/month fee or if there is an additional charge for that.  If it is covered how do I add them on.  Thanks! 

I am hosting a one day hybrid multi-session 7-speaker (each speaker is a different session) event on 3.25.23 and am unable to figure out how to start a practice session. I have searched out available info and am told to "start" the session in the lobby but I cannot see where to do that.  I assume my lobby is live but am unsure how to verify that.  I am super stuck and REALLY wanting to figure out the practice session to make sure that audio and video feed to zoom is working properly...can anyone advise me on this?  Thanks, Corrie

We currently use GoToWebinar who offer a simulated live option so that you can pre-record a webinar but then set it up to broadcast at the date and time of your choosing so that it appears live. Is this a feature available on Zoom webinar? I can't see anything that suggests it is.

I am having issues finding a report setting that will allow me to see the total SMS being sent each week. I can get the leaderboard, but that does not include all of my users. Has anyone found a useful report that tracks SMS be user or call queue? 

We conduct training webinars, and we notice that attendees who encounter computer audio issues and decide to switch to joining by phone instead are allowed to skip entering the participant ID shown on the screen when they call in. (The phone instructions say "... Enter your participant ID followed by pound. Otherwise, just press pound.") If the attendee skips entering their participant ID, they are listed twice in the attendee panel--once under their computer-based session and again with their phone number. I am getting emails offering me special coupon to renew at 30% discount. When I click on link in email it takes me to the correct place: account management, billing. But nothing that I click on allows me to complete the transaction.Others have reported same experience, and nobody is responding.this is very frustrating. i am not entitled to phone help, the chatbot is useless, i think this community is the only possible source of an answer. please somebody explain how to actually complete the renewal process. thank you very much

Is it possible to record in BOTH gallery view and speaker view at the same time so you have two separate recordings? Do you need a Pro account for this?
