Does Zoom allow for multiple registration links for the same event? I am looking for a means to track where the clients are coming from in regards to our team. I know we can ask "who invited you?" but not everyone has the answer because they will often have the link and not remember where the got it from. Thanks!

I host free webinars and was hoping that Zoom Events was going to be a good upgrade, but it has been super challenging.While there are shortcomings, not being able to have an easy registration process primarily, this could all be solved if Zoom Events would build outs its API. I can host registrations elsewhere, but Zapier doesn't connect to Zoom Events (it only has the option to a Zoom Webinar which doesn't work). So now we don't have a way of logging when people have registered at all and coordinating emails to them.

I want to use the mentimeter app in a presentation.  Doing a trial run, when I send the link to all participants, i can see that it has been sent in the chat function, but the participants don't receive it.  Do participants also need to have the mentimeter app downloaded?  What am I doing wrong?

The zoom scheduler extension for chrome is Buggy. When i click 'More options when creating an invite, the zoom option disapears from the invite? Anyone experiencing this issue? Also, this started happening after updating Chrome: Version 108.0.5359.99 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I am unable to connect to a zoom meeting after I installed zoom client 5.9.1 just a few days ago. I was connecting to zoom earlier the same day without problem. Now I can only connect using the browser. I have reinstalled the client, restarted....but no success. I'm using a macbook with macos 12.0.1.Anyone with the same issue?

After an overly chatty user is muted by the moderator, can the user then unmute him/herself by clicking their Unmute button?    And/or, is it possible that the moderator-muted user is automatically unmuted by voice actuation (and then muted again)?

Hi all, I currently run an online maths tutoring business. I plan to take on tutors by the end of the year who can work for my organisation. What I need is a platform whereby I can create pre-made whiteboards which are available to all my tutors.Also some sort of forum in which I can communicate with other tutors.It'd be great too if all of their tutorials could be recorded so I can review their performance. Are these features which are all possible through the enterprise plan? Thanks Tom

Hi everyone, I have a recurring meeting and by default it is set to "close registration after the meeting date". I'm not able to unselect this option, does anyone know why or how I can change this? I don't want registration to close after the meeting, especially since its ongoing on a monthly basis. Thanks.

Hello, I find the chat function quite annoying while presenting, especially when participants write irrelevant messages that pop up and distract the speaker and others.Question: can the host turn on and off the chat function during a meeting to ensure it is on when needed and off when someone is speaking?thanksAndrea(s)

Hello all, I have a Zoom account for my business, and I'm also the president of the board for a non-profit, who also has a Zoom account. Is it possible to have my login set up as an additional host on the board account, or do I have to log in with the board account? If so, will that prevent the director who uses that login from joining meetings? I've been looking but can't find any info or articles on that topic. Thanks

DearsAny one who can explain the dial plan for outbound routing from Zoom, as I notice in case of BYOC you can configure BYOC number you can define external contact (and both only accepting E164 format) you can not configure extension or wild card and choose to be routed to outside using SBC, so how the outbound will work if I am integrating my existing PBX with the Zoom using SBC how I can configure a wild card to make a simple dial pattern that can be matched from Zoom to route calls to all extensions in PBX ??? hope my idea is clear, and hope and get and answers  

Hi can anyone help? When I record a zoom session for training later my little zoom video box of me talking covers the right hand corner of the screen share! I need to move this as the top right hand corner has information I need to show. how do I make the shared screen smaller so my video box doesn’t encroach on the shared screen? thanks in anticipation!

There used to be a timer of how long I have been connected to a meeting, but for some reason, no longer see it. I don't see anything in settings about this. I've googled and also "general" no longer seems to be an option on the settings...... How do I get the timer back? thanks!

Hi everyone, I hope the subject says it all - I would like to know if "Main Company Number" consumes 1 phone number license or may be it doesn't because it's the "Main Company Number" and not a user assigned phone number so possibly we get a free bee?  To illustrate which license exactly that is - see screenshot; we don't have that many phone number licenses hence my question whether we need to consider one specifically for "Main Company Number" Thank you for your guidance!  

We have a business account, I'm looking to enable the automated captioning/live transcription option for an upcoming meeting, but it is not listed as an option in our settings. I only have the option for manual captions.If I log into a personal, unaffiliated account the option is there, but on our business account it is not.Does anyone know the reason for this? I've not been able to find any documentation nor any user questions addressing this issue, everything seems to say that I should have automated captioning as an option.Appreciate any help you can offer, thanks!

HiLast night I did a meeting with recording on to be saved to my computer. The video doesn't show ME the speaker. (and teacher). I thought it had to do with "Hide Self View" but when I tested it today and turned off "Hide Self View" it still doesn't show me. Attached file shows my settings.  What's the issue? ThanksAnnamarie
