How do I create multiple breakout rooms for only some people and have a group stay behind with the host in the main room? 

Can I test that my zoom is working properly before a meeting starts?  

I have a few rooms where all I need is an internal "extension to extension" option... does this exist? What is the cost? When I try to add a physical phone to a basic user I'm told that I need a license... I dont need any advanced features and dont want any out of office calling... Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated! 

Hi,I am a premium user and I am wondering why there is no premium support. There is no phone number for german (or at least european) support wheter a chat (international) support except a bot. Does anyone have informations about that? I think its not that professional to only find solutions through a community ask forum. Thank you in advance.

When hosting a meeting, I used to be able to activate captions then hide them just for me.  Now it seems that once I put them on, the attendees have the option to enable or disable them for themselves but I can't.  If I disable it, it turns it off for everyone.  Does anyone know if I can do this as I find it very distracting when presenting but know the benefit it can be for those who need it.  I can't believe Zoom would take away the option to do this so assume I am missing something.  Any help would be much appreciated.

I don't know where to go and what to read to find out the following:1.  How can I set participants to NOT be on video and NOT be able to override this setting?2. As the moderator, I DO want to be able to display portions of an Excel sheet and a small image of myself.3. I want participants to be able to send and receive msgs from me as the moderator that are NOT visible to other particpants. Could someone be so kind as to point me in the right direction?Thanks a million! 

Hello, Is it possible to save one video file per participant as it's possible to do it for audio files?

I have set up a meeting with required registration. When an invitee clicks on the registration link the zoom registration page comes up - and they fill out the fields - but when they press REGISTER nothing happens. The page does not lead to confirmation and the registration is not recorded in the meetings page dashboard. They are using zoom web platform.  help?

I set up surveys for my Zoom Event both at the event level and at the session level, but I do not know where they actually show up when the session is over. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

For those who regularly leads Zoom webinars, when the speaker is screen-sharing, it usually looks like this to the attendees... with the screen-shared material taking up most of the screen, and the speaker camera in the corner. I believe there is a setting that the host can do to remove that box, and just have the entire screen be the screen-shared presentation.Does anyone know what that setting is? Thank you!

Good morning - I can't install the 5.11.0 version update - it gives me an error code 10008. This hasn't been that much of an issue because I've still been able to join meetings via the zoom website, but this morning I no longer have audio despite the settings being correctly connected. Any help appreciated...

We recently ported a line from ATT to Zoom Phone. We are using the same iPhone that was used when the line was connected to ATT. On iPhone under settings -> cellular, I turn off the line under the ATT settings, I get an SOS symbol where it had originally said ATT. Does this mean that Zoom Phone is only going to work on a mobile device when connected to wifi? 

We have a Zoom room set up. When a user forwards a Zoom meeting invite, it is automatically accepted. However, when we forward a Teams meeting, it does not accept automatically. I need to go to the mailbox and click "Accept" manually. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Hello everyone, I have a professional account with two licenses. So, how to proceed to allow the second licensee to create a meeting at the same time I create another meeting. I was curious about some of the applications.  But before I agree to something, or install something on my computer, or agree to release mhey wery data and choices about something or data about those who join me on a call, I want to know that is.  I don't think walking into a store constitutes an agreement that I will buy something. There are a lot of apps here.  Some of them describe what they will do for me and why I might want to look into them.  I installed a few thinking they might help. After several steps on one, I could choose to have a 3-day pass followed by one rate or sign up.  I still wasn't sure how it was going to work.  I only pre-pay for a few things,  I searched help using phrases that were too complicated: "How do I remove an app?"  "Remove app."  "aaalication remove" and more.  But I must b the first person in Zo0ok history to want to remove an application.  I got help and was sent to another page

My organization has meeting that contain sensitive information. Is there a function/feature that would force those who attend to sign an online waiver?

Zoom is installed at c:\program data\zoom\   Installed using Intune, updated from .13 to .14 and now it appears to be lost? It's not in HKEYLM\Software\Policies   I'm reinstalling now but is a strange error and I'm wondering if anyone has seen this before.    I usually just update the MSI file in Intune so Company Portal has the latest app.
