Yesterday was the day of my payment. And zoom debited money from my account twice with 5 hours difference. The same account. In Zoom I see only one  bill but on my bank account two payments. What happened? And how can I return one payment?

Hello,Is it possible to create a Zoom event that doesn't even require the email address of the attendees. So that attendees could just arrive on the Zoom event page and then log in to a webinar or a meeting. The idea is for the Zoom event to be really easy to access for the attendees. Thank you. Best regards,

Hi there, I would like to delete my ZOOM account. It asks for a "passcode" ? Is that the Personal Meeting ID ? The moderator key? Both are not accepted. Where is the "passcode" or how can I change it. Regards

I paused my account, but received no notification prior to the resumption of credit card billing. Immediately on notfication of a payment being charged I cancelled my plan and it was immediately changed to Free plan, but no credit was issued to my credit card.

On 23rd June I signed up for zoom pro and on 26th June the money came out of my account. On 23rd June, I set up two meetings for tomorrow and sent the links out, but when I came to log in today it said the account hadn't been used before. I need to log in to the account with my Pro linked to it that I set up the meetings in urgently for work.  I had an old zoom pro account linked to a different email, but that one is on Basic with no meetings upcoming either so it's not a case of wrong email address. 

Hello, I had a Zoom meeting today and the host called me.  During the Zoom, I decided to record the meeting.  In order to do that, the host had to make me the host.  I didn't log in to do this.  Now I can't find the recording.  I just recorded locally and NOT on the cloud.  Where is my recording?? Thanks,Asher

It worked fine for months. Then it stopped - even though the picture still shows as my profile picture, when I turn off video only my name on the black background shows. I tried deleting the profile pic and putting it back in, but that made no difference. Any ideas appreciated!

Hello, how can i host 300 people without upgrading to business ,  

I've been getting some odd behaviour with Zoom that seems to go against what I would expect so i thought I'd post to see if anyone had experienced similar... During video meetings I am frequently getting the audio dropping out and a notification of "your internet connection is unstable" appearing. What is unusual is that the video continues without any problem what-so-ever! Obviously video uses much more bandwidth than audio so I would expect the video to freeze, perhaps with the audio continuing. I dont seem to get any other internet connection issues. I have a 100mb connection and can happily stream 4K movies. But even if the connection is poor - surely it would affect the Zoom video more than the audio? If the audio problem is related to the sound drivers or headphones, why would I get a notification about connection instability? Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

I have trouble connecting to the meeting on my iMac desktop and get error code 100000421, while my macbook laptop and Android phone work fine. Have searched on the internet and nothing found.

I want to separate the shared screen and the attendees on Zoom. It is difficult to see the attendees when on side-by-side mode as we are in a large room with two large screens. We would prefer to separate out on two screens: attendees on one screen; the shared imaging on the another.  But when someone shares their imaging it combines into side-by-side/gallery mode.  Anyway we can stop it from combining into a side-by-side/gallery mode when someone shares their imaging?

I've had the Zoom plugin for Outlook on Windows for the past year, and scheduling a meeting opened up Outlook to send the meeting invitation.  Now it opens up a "Sign in with Google" window with the message "Choose an account to continue to Zoom". How do I get back to using my Outlook email?  The Zoom plugin is enabled in Outlook and I didn't change anything, but of course Outlook and Zoom get updated frequently and could have messed something up. I tried uninstalling the Zoom plugin and re-installing but Windows tells me I need to be an administrator to do that, but I am an administrator. How do I fix this?

Hello friends, Not sure if this is even an option. Does zoom possess the capability for a customer to call my business line, hear a voice message that states press one to receive a quote with that option being forwarded to my admin, and a second option to reach me directly for more urgent matters? My business line is forwarded to my admins phone, so I still receive customer texts, but sometimes I would like specific customers to reach me directly. If this is an option, what settings would I adjust?  Thank you in advance.

初めて質問をさせていただきます。ホワイトボード機能を使っていて、PDFにエクスポートすると、文字が消えます。作成した図形は残っているのですが、文字のみが消えてしまう状態です。まだホワイトボード機能を使い始めたばかりで、色々と勝手がわかっておりません。何か対処法はありますでしょうか。 使用しているのは、mac用のアプリで、バージョンは5.13.11。ただし、アプリ上だと、ホワイトボードのエクスポートボタンが見当たらないため、Google Chrome上でエクスポートをおこなっています。プレビュー画面では文字も見えているのに、書き出し後のPDFファイルには文字がない、という状態です。PNGでは書き出し可能です（若干文字が切れたりはしますが）。こういった場合の対処法をご存知の方がいらっしゃいましたら、教えていただけますと幸いです。

Hello. After update Zoom client to version 5.15.2 (18096) (Windows 10 x64 22H2) in the main window “Home” tab have disappeared and tab “Meetings” shows “Home” tab content. It is problem with user account settings. I tried to login on second account on this PC and Zoom client, there are no problems. I have made screenshots from two accounts. Checked on another PC and Zoom client, same problem there too. I did not find option to hide tabs in the settings, it looks like bug. 

I have a business plan and I found out from this resource (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/206122046-Can-I-host-concurrent-meetings-) that I can host two meetings simultaneously. My question is whether I can enable the 'join before host' setting for both meetings, so that the host doesn't need to join

Hello all.  I have seen various posts about this but none which fit exactly, so I would be really grateful for a fix. I have Zoom One Pro (paid) used on desktop PCs. We also have it on our mobiles, although meetings are always on the PCs. I have backgrounds enabled but when the other member of staff (small business, just two of us using Zoom) opens a prearranged meeting the background is not there. I have tried signing out and signing back in again. I have seen a post from back in March which suggests I should uninstall & reinstall Zoom. Excuse me for being non-techy but does this mean we both have to do that or just me? I'm the account holder.  Many thanks indeed from Antonia in cool & rainy Surrey, UK.
