STARTING TO WORK WITH A NEW MANAGER WHO WANTS TO USE A GENERICALLY GENERATED ZOOM # DUE TO THE FACT THAT ALL HER MEETINGS ARE BACK TO BACK. SHE DOESN'T WANT NEXT MEETING STARTING WHILE SHE'S ON WITH AN ASSOCIATE. HOW TO I GENERATE A GENERIC ZOOM??

Hello, I tried loading my virtual background on my new laptop (although it has been enabled).  I am getting a message that says that this system does not support virtual background.  How do I fix this?

We have just moved over from RingCentral and Zoom is working good but we have this annoying issue when you get a call, it freezes your screen so that you can deal with the call and in essence it "hijacks" the screen and it won't let you type into another program until you deal with the incoming call.  We have the latest version as of today.  The program is working but there needs to be some kind of Bring to Front but just the opposite, where the Zoom window won't take precedence over other windows. Joe

I can not figure out from Zoom's website/sales info what account I need.    We have a charity and we want to stream our fundraiser for 100 or so people.  They need to be able to click a link for zoom and join the meeting automatically w no password required and no zoom account.  We tried last year and failed, no one needed a password but they needed a zoom account and it caused a lot of loss in donations and confusion during the event.  Thankful from anyone who can help. 

Hello,  I have often used recurring meetings as a way to meet with people at a non-specific time or date. We both have the link and it is saved in my recurring meetings. But now when trying to make a new one it only seems to allow me to do it if i set a time and date. I used to be able to indicate there is no fixed time or date, but that feature seems to be gone. How do I remove date and time details? Is this feature gone in order to get people to now pay for the additional Zoom Room feature? This is very frustrating as that would mean that Zoom literally downgraded the features on my plan. I am all for adding features to entice me but making the product worse when I already have a paid subscription is not ethical. Please advise and restore faith and respect with Zoom. Thanks

I am using Chrome on a Mac. Whenever I am on a zoom call and someone shares their screen, the screen share image is blown up, though the zoom is only at 100%. I then can zoom out through Mac gestures. Is there a way to stop this from happening? I have used zoom for years, on mac, but I have never had this issue. This is a new computer for me, so I am not sure if there is something different with the mac settings. But this is really annoying and it would be great to resolve. Any ideas?Thanks 

Hi There,I am looking to see if there is a way that we can setup our office managers on the main auto receptionist line so that they receive the calls when someone calls the main office line. I was hoping to achieve what Shared lines can do, but instead of assigning a new number for our two office manager, we could just add them to receive the calls when someone calls the main office line.I have explored the Main Auto Reception options and realize you can forward calls, but I would like both of their phones to receive any calls we get to our main office number. Does anyone have any insight on this?

i renewed my subscription and i paid the invoice (139.90€), the next day they give me a coupon for 40% sale. i took the coupon and on invoice history appear (14 days ago) an invoice for credit but the money not returned (55.96€) on my credit card. 

Hello! We have an annual subscription. In June, I was late with the payment, and when I renewed the subscription, I also paid the outstanding amount of $24.98. My Zoom One Pro subscription ended on September 12th. I was billed $179.88 to renew my subscription. But in the "Plans and Pricing" section, the Professional plan costs $149.90 per year. Why do they try to charge me more? Can I renew my $149.90 subscription and how do I do it?

I have set a few reminders on posts in Team Chat. I would like to review them and potentially mark one as Done that was set for a future date, however I'm not able to find them.I found an article (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/9376659072397-Setting-a-message-reminder-in-Zoom-Team-Chat) that says the Reminders should appear under Team Chat > Starred but I don't see the option there - I only see channels that I have starred myself.Where can I find them?

Hello Everybody,I am sorry to take your attention for a probably obvious question, but I have a problem to access to the history of zoom meetings i have hosted. I have a pro account, I often schedule meetings and I also  directly launch meetings without programmation. Is there any place where all these conversations appear ? A minima the time I spent connected to zoom ? I followed the instructions : meetings tab, past one but no history..Thank you for your attention 

Hi! I added Large meetings last month onto my basic account. Will that automatically extend ALL my meetings to 500 participants or do I need to select which meetings should be considered large (i.e. have the 500 capacity)? Please let me know as I've had issues before where I couldn't add more than 100 during a webinar! Thanks!Holly

I am setting up my Zoom phone account for the first time and getting ready to port my phone numbers.  We have bought several businesses over the years and currently have multiple phone numbers call in directly to our auto-attendant. Does anyone know if I will be able to have 3 or 4 phone numbers go directly into my main auto attendant?  I am afraid to initiate the porting until I know that we'll be able to do this either directly or at least have some workaround. Thanks in advance!

Good morning! Whenever I set up a new meeting, the ability for participants to share their screens is disabled by default. Can I change this setting to allow screen sharing for participants to be ENABLED by default?

I just submitted this on the feedback page (https://zoom.us/feed) - does anyone have thoughts? Could the "Raise Hand" button be moved to the taskbar as a separate button, rather than bundled into Reactions? So that it's as visible as Mute/Unmute, Record, Chat, etc.? In the group I participate in, people, myself included, have trouble remembering where Raise Hand is, and it needs two clicks rather than one. By the time you fish around to find it and click it, the conversation sometimes has moved on, plus it's hard to concentrate on what people are saying while looking for a button. Also, raising one's hand seems more fundamental to the functioning of a group meeting than the other reactions (emojis, etc.) - the harder and slower it is to find and click on, the more likely people are just to interrupt.Thank you for considering!

Hi. Recently, I've been having a meeting with people living in China on a personal account, not a business account, but they said they can't get into Zoom. Error code 13214 is displayed. Does anyone know why?

What we are looking to do is create a new Auto Receptionist (Just to avoid interfering with the current ones) with cycling 1-800 numbers for certain / different AD campaigns, publish the number for the specific campaign then remove the number after 2-3 months or so once it is over. Then repeat the same thing for the next campaign. We can set up the AR / Queue call flow etc but are wondering about the potential costs involved. On our bill a Toll-Free number seems to cost $6.65 CAD plus taxes per month so $15.30 for 2 toll free lines and we pay CAD0.0501 per minute for calls into the toll-free numbers. We have a few questions:Is there a certain time frame we have to keep any created toll-free numbers ie you must keep it for 3 months / 12 months etc.Are there any additional charges / costs associated on our bill with us creating these short-term toll-free numbers besides the aforementioned CAD$6.65 monthly and CAD0.0501 per minute? Thanks in advance,
