There used to be a timer of how long I have been connected to a meeting, but for some reason, no longer see it. I don't see anything in settings about this. I've googled and also "general" no longer seems to be an option on the settings...... How do I get the timer back? thanks!

Hi everyone, I hope the subject says it all - I would like to know if "Main Company Number" consumes 1 phone number license or may be it doesn't because it's the "Main Company Number" and not a user assigned phone number so possibly we get a free bee?  To illustrate which license exactly that is - see screenshot; we don't have that many phone number licenses hence my question whether we need to consider one specifically for "Main Company Number" Thank you for your guidance!  

We have a business account, I'm looking to enable the automated captioning/live transcription option for an upcoming meeting, but it is not listed as an option in our settings. I only have the option for manual captions.If I log into a personal, unaffiliated account the option is there, but on our business account it is not.Does anyone know the reason for this? I've not been able to find any documentation nor any user questions addressing this issue, everything seems to say that I should have automated captioning as an option.Appreciate any help you can offer, thanks!

HiLast night I did a meeting with recording on to be saved to my computer. The video doesn't show ME the speaker. (and teacher). I thought it had to do with "Hide Self View" but when I tested it today and turned off "Hide Self View" it still doesn't show me. Attached file shows my settings.  What's the issue? ThanksAnnamarie

I sent a recorded meeting to someone and they're not able to access it without a password. Where do I find this? 

When I use Zoom on my desktop computer, the video picture that I see of me is distorted. See pic. Other members of the Zoom session tell me that my picture on their end is fine, no distortion. I had this problem on a previous computer and thought that it was a video card problem. However, I changed the video card (three different times) and it persisted. I bought a new computer and exactly the same problem occurred. I do not have this problem on a laptop which uses the same internet resources and sits adjacent to the desktop. Any suggestions as to cause or cure?  .

We are currently using Zoom Healthcare to perform virtual inspections.  Someone just asked if we have a SIP#? I have no idea what that is or if we have it?  Please help!

Hello, I am looking for a cheap solution to running a hybrid meeting with a 5 person board of directors and a small group of physically present participants, as well as remote participants. I am using an Anker PowerConf speakerphone for the Board and that works very well. I want a second microphone for the physically present members to use when they have questions for the Board. I have a cheap USB condenser microphone which also works well with Zoom but I can't use both at the same time because Zoom requires that I select either the speakerphone or the condenser mic to be my sole microphone.  I have read about using multiple MXL USB microphones along with an audio interface but that is too expensive for our needs since we only will have these hybrid meetings once a year. The speakerphone can be operated via bluetooth or USB cable. Thinking if I used the speakerphone via the cable, I could buy a powered USB hub with on/off switches for each port and could manually co

During a zoom meeting if I click the green share button “screen” is not in the menu. So how can I share my screen. I can’t use the web url choice because my calculator app doesn’t have a url. I used to be able to share the calc last semester. Would an ipad user start a zoom meeting and see if “screen” is a choice on the green share button menu and let me know?

We're invited to meetings with Zoom links ( or Meeting ID/Passcode combo). They don't invite by email address.   Is there a way to add these  existing meetings to Zoom calendar? In the Zoom meetings, I only have option to raise new meetings, but not add existing meetings. I tried Google Calendar Zoom integration, but  I can only create zoom meetings not include existing ones.

SMS campaign is  active. Has phone number assigned to to it.That same number shows : A campaign is currently pending on this numberIt has been active for a couple of weeks.There is only one campaign.I cannot send or receive SMSOnly one phone number.Only one user {the admin}The number is assigned to that person.

Hi, I have a professional Online teaching Studio with 3 Cameras (HD 1920 x 1080i, 50mps). The quality on screen is good but when I do a Zoom recording - or when I am on Zoom recordings from other people, my picture is not sharp anymore and looks like out of focus. Would it be better to work with a different resolution or setting? This is really important for my work / job! Many thanks, Philip

We are about to roll out Zoom phone to our teachers this fall.  They already have Zoom desktop app installed on their MacBooks since we have been using Zoom Meeting for years. I'm trying to come up with a User Template to disable incoming calls on these phone during business hours and forward directly to voicemail. They will all be in class teaching lessons and we don't want them to get incoming parent calls during class.  I'm looking for an automated solution- not one that involves me relying on them manually setting something up. Anyone have any ideas? 

Hi,In some of our offices we use the phone delegation feature.  Mostly with the main number in a department.  If the person who is responsible for answering that phone is unavailable, another person in the room can pickup the call. Although it appears both phones ring.  We would rather the delegate's phone NOT ring.  Is this possible?

We are on the verge of turning on and locking the switch which requires all Personal Meetings to have a passcode.  Has anyone documented what this change looks like for anyone who has an active PMI but has never set a passcode? We want to avoid a rush of support calls if people click on their familiar old URLs and are suddenly asked for a passcode.  Does Zoom generate a generic password for those which don't already have one?  We'd like to put together a quick communication plan for it, but don't know what to expect. Thank you.

Me and a handful of colleagues updated to the latest zoom, Version: 5.14.2 (17213). We go into the phone section on the app and our history for both calling and text is gone.

Hello, I have a powerpoint presentation to offer, but I have made 'notes' at the bottom of each slide (off the slide, but on the bottom as my speaking points/notes). How do I set up the presentation settings so the meeting participants only see the actual slides instead of also my 'notes'? I only have a single screen and will be running it from my MacBook laptop. Thanks!
