Hello,We're having trouble with one of our hosts being unable to share their screen during meetings.From the host:"When I share, it shares my screen, freezes me, puts a refresh-spinning blue circle for my cursor, then signs me out and back into zoom and unshared what I was trying to share- all within a 60-second time period. I uninstalled and reinstalled zoom last week as well as cleared my cache."We have all of our Account, Group, and User settings configured the same way:one participant shares at a timeall participants can shareonly the host can start sharing when someone else is sharing Also of note, this host - along with ~30 others who do not experience this problem - has their meetings scheduled for them (all done via an Admin account - the same one as this community post is being made by.) I was hopeful that this would provide a solution:https://community.zoom.com/t5/Meetings/Host-Screen-Share-Not-Working-while-participants-screen-share/m-p/30189#M14928But it did not.F

As a host, during a meeting, I received a popup message that an attendee wanted permission to control my camera? What is this? Why would this be allowed? How did the attendee submit this request to me?.

When I schedule a meeting I am shown an email the invitation in Outlook which I add Invitees.  The email is then set.  On receipt the email no longer shows Accept Tentative Decline options - it just says 'No Response Required'I cannot find a way of enabling the Response options, and I am not aware that I have disabled anything in the settings. I am using ver 5.9.7.

Zoom nicely turned on HD for our account. Assuming I have it turned on in our settings, what happens if during a webinar an HD connection is not supported by our bandwidth that night? Can I actually turn off the HD and revert to SD in the middle of a webinar?   Thank you!

For the past month or so my zoom on different computers even is hanging pretty much every time I get on a meeting now. It hangs when I try to stop or start my video, it hangs when I try to go into a breakout room, it hangs when I try to come out of a breakout room. I'm attaching the stackshot from just a little while ago. It's making using zoom very difficult and I use it all the time. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

Hi, I have used a JWT plugin for integration of zoom services with a website, but after the JWT app got deprecated the zoom services are stopped, how can i update the plugin for the zoom services to begun on the website?

Team, I upgraded to zoom pro account, but the account plan is still showing basic.Can anyone help me with this regard? I have been logging with the correct email id that was used for the pro account. I have attached below a screenshot for the same.  

We are looking at implementing Zoom Team Chat.  With our current IM solution, at times I need to go in and run reports to produce conversation history between 2 people.  Sometimes for managers.  Sometimes for litigation.  I am noticing with Zoom the person that posted the comment has the option to delete that comment and then it doesn't show up in the chat history report.  I found a setting under Account Settings, Team Chat:Store edited and deleted message revisionsWhen I enable that, now I see the deleted posts on a 1:1 chat, but a channel still disappears into the ether if I delete a comment.  I'm not opposed to allowing people to edit / delete.  I'm just concerned there's no archive or reporting tracking what's happened.  Is there some trick or setting that would keep deleted channel comments in a report?  The notes under that setting seem to imply it would keep channel deletes too.  Maybe it's supposed to work.   

I accidentally deleted a specific group chat on Zoom Team Chat and cannot locate this anywhere now - desktop app or web portal. Does anyone know if it is possible to recover a deleted team chat (as opposed to a chat from a meeting)?

Good day everyone. I don't know if anyone has experienced this too but, after holding a 40-minutes meeting, Zoom sends a message that I have to wait for 4-minutes before I can start another, is unusual. Can anyone help please???

When assigning "Alternative Host" I receive message that the person must have a license.   Is there another option.  I have a weekly meeting that I will not be able to attend, however the group needs to meet.  Help!  If I send out meeting link.  Can the group enter meeting without me present?

HELP! I’ve gone through all the pages on security settings for accounts and meetings and tried everything, but nothing has worked.  I have a recurring meeting that I set up over a year ago.  I admit that I didn’t know what I was doing when I set it up and somehow it got set up so that only authenticated users could join, or those using a cell phone.  Now, I’m trying to get that corrected.  I have a passcode embedded in my meeting link and I have a waiting room set up.  I have toggled the Enable/Disable Authenticated users setting several times.  Nothing has worked.  It’s just this one meeting that is set this way and I can’t clear it out.  Because it is a recurring meeting I don’t want to delete it and start over, too many people have the meeting ID.      Please is there any way I can fix this???      

I have an upcoming meeting at which I need to be logged into Zoom on two different devices. I have an old MacBook that I'm trying to use that has OS X 10.6.8 on it. I installed ZOOM but it won't update to the latest version, which isn't surprising. But every time I log into ZOOM on the Mac it logs me out of the primary computer (Windows 10 Pro). Is there some parameter that I need to set that allows me to do this? The Mac is running ZOOM version 3.6.10826.1101 . It won't update to anything else.

I am new to the whole Zoom phone platform.  I've been circling for days trying to find the answer of how to add two new users to the auto receptionist greeting. The new users are set up in the IVR menu, but the auto receptionist only reads the original names to callers... how do I add the new options?

It's impossible to reach a person in support or billing for zoom. Why isn't there just a number that I can call?? I am constantly getting notifications that they are trying to charge my credit card (that which I keep maxed out so they can't) I canceled my account and they are STILL trying to charge my account.... This is ridiculous. I have submitted three tickets too.. and since I already downgraded my account they wont do live chat support. WTH?? This is the reason I am leaving zoom. The support is terrible. What's also really interesting is if I go to my support activity, nothing is there!! Is it even working???

Hello, As title,We install zoom room version 5.15.7.3094 in the PC, and connect this PC to another tablet.Now we would use the tablet to be a controller to control PC but not install  zoom rooms controller.And we expect to have control items on the tablet(same as picture).Please advise how to setup this. thanks

Are we able to see who and/or how many people used each of the interpretation channels we had in a meeting?

So I am working on getting the Displayname Saml portion setup but no matter what Attribute I enter, nothing works.It is setup using DUO SSO so it gets the Attributes from there, however, I am unable to set attributes for this the Displayname. Hope that make sense...It seems that only the First name, Last Name & Email attributes work but nothing else.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I get the calls on my mobile app, but I don't receive the voicemails. My zoom phone on my mobile device and my desk phone are connected, so I can see from the desk phone (which isn't in use) that I've been receiving messages. On my zoom phone app, it shows that I have not received any voicemails. Can anyone help me on this matter?

I want to force SSO logins for all of our zoom accounts, except for certain accounts that require manual login.  How can I exclude these certain accounts from requiring SSO?

I have been trying to start or join a meeting, but error code 13224 keeps showing up. I have tried to re-install but do not work. have contacted Zoom support, but not been resolved until now. 

Hello, It would be great if from the Digital Signage menu, it's possible to allow to schedule content (via playlist or not) to the Zoom Room. As of today, the only way is to navigate through the Zoom Room admin area which is not good as DS content is not managed by the same people that manage Zoom Room.
