Hello friends, Not sure if this is even an option. Does zoom possess the capability for a customer to call my business line, hear a voice message that states press one to receive a quote with that option being forwarded to my admin, and a second option to reach me directly for more urgent matters? My business line is forwarded to my admins phone, so I still receive customer texts, but sometimes I would like specific customers to reach me directly. If this is an option, what settings would I adjust?  Thank you in advance.

初めて質問をさせていただきます。ホワイトボード機能を使っていて、PDFにエクスポートすると、文字が消えます。作成した図形は残っているのですが、文字のみが消えてしまう状態です。まだホワイトボード機能を使い始めたばかりで、色々と勝手がわかっておりません。何か対処法はありますでしょうか。 使用しているのは、mac用のアプリで、バージョンは5.13.11。ただし、アプリ上だと、ホワイトボードのエクスポートボタンが見当たらないため、Google Chrome上でエクスポートをおこなっています。プレビュー画面では文字も見えているのに、書き出し後のPDFファイルには文字がない、という状態です。PNGでは書き出し可能です（若干文字が切れたりはしますが）。こういった場合の対処法をご存知の方がいらっしゃいましたら、教えていただけますと幸いです。

Hello. After update Zoom client to version 5.15.2 (18096) (Windows 10 x64 22H2) in the main window “Home” tab have disappeared and tab “Meetings” shows “Home” tab content. It is problem with user account settings. I tried to login on second account on this PC and Zoom client, there are no problems. I have made screenshots from two accounts. Checked on another PC and Zoom client, same problem there too. I did not find option to hide tabs in the settings, it looks like bug. 

I have a business plan and I found out from this resource (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/206122046-Can-I-host-concurrent-meetings-) that I can host two meetings simultaneously. My question is whether I can enable the 'join before host' setting for both meetings, so that the host doesn't need to join

Hello all.  I have seen various posts about this but none which fit exactly, so I would be really grateful for a fix. I have Zoom One Pro (paid) used on desktop PCs. We also have it on our mobiles, although meetings are always on the PCs. I have backgrounds enabled but when the other member of staff (small business, just two of us using Zoom) opens a prearranged meeting the background is not there. I have tried signing out and signing back in again. I have seen a post from back in March which suggests I should uninstall & reinstall Zoom. Excuse me for being non-techy but does this mean we both have to do that or just me? I'm the account holder.  Many thanks indeed from Antonia in cool & rainy Surrey, UK.

Where to find the upcoming meetings? Earlier I was able to find. I can find upcoming meetings here: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting#/upcoming But can't find it in zoom windows client. I have the latest zoom app: 5.15.3 (18551).I have disabled calendar sync completely here:Automatically sync Zoom calendar events information bi-directionally between Zoom and integrated calendars. 

Hi!My account (profil, meetings) is in French, but when I start a meeting, everything is in English.  That was not the case before my computer went to repair and I downloaded Zoom again.  How can I have all the features in French while I am in a meeting again (enregistrement instead of recording, discussion instead of chat, etc..)Thank you! 🙂 

I own a zoom account. How can other people host meetings on my account without having access to my account information?

I have two Zoom accounts. One login using my own email address and the other login using my university. I mistakenly login with my own (private basic Zoom) for my research interview. This basic one has no audio transcription because I do not have the paid upgraded version, whereas my university one has audio transcription which I desperately need for my research study. Is there any way I could send my recorded research Zoom interview from my basic Zoom to my university Zoom account so that I can get the audio transcription? As a student, this is a disaster without the audio transcription. Thank you.  

Several of my recurring meetings are not showing up under my "Meetings" tab.  I have to go to "Previous Meetings" to find them so I can edit them.  Furthermore, because of this situation, everytime I need to access a recurring meeting I have to enter the ID.  HELP! 

I can`t see my recurring meetings under upcoming meetings.. Could you please tell me how can I change this? Thank you 

Hello Zoom Team. I'm from the helpdesk support of a Tech Company based in the US. We use Zoom as our main app for meetings, I got a user that reported that he found an issue of low performance in his laptop when using Zoom for his daily meetings. What I did do in order to try to solve the issue? 1. Re-installation of zoom app, restarting and got the same results.2. Set default GPU to high performance for Zoom (zoom.exe & zoom launcher) on the settings for Display & Graphics (Se attached example). After a restart and a real test meeting, the user reported that he is still on the same issue, low performance in the entire System only during meetings, after that, all is going well. The laptop specs are Dell 7330, 12th gen i7 CPU, 16GB RAM, Win11, and 256GB SSD.

I teach online and have numerous recurring Meetings that I've used over the last few years, Today all the Meetings are points unknown. I swear I haven't pushed any "red buttons"! I am resorting to my archives to find meeting ID's so I can meet with my students. Any help much appreciated!!! David

Am I the only customer who can't get an answer or an issue resolved because I'm only getting canned responses from the Zoom (non) support team? 

Hello - I am Australian and have travelled to Germany for a couple of months and the e-mails I get about people joining calls or for when recordings are ready to look at are now all in German without me having changed any settings. It's like Zoom has detected I'm in Germany and is assuming I speak German. Which I don't. Well not good enough to understand all of the detail.  Can anyone help me to change this as I'll be using Zoom a fair bit while away. The main language in my Settings is set to English. Thanks

My situation is VERY strange. I do not want automatic recordings on any of my meetings. But on one of my two login accounts, for reasons I cannot explain, automatic recording happens on all my "New Meeting" meetings that I launch from my desktop app. It's weird. I definitely have automatic recording setting disabled on both of my two accounts.  Can anyone explain what's going on here?

When will the invitees receive the advance scheduled meeting? Will Zoom automatically send the email right after we schedule the meeting? OR Do we need to manually send the invitation?

Hi. I am trying to create a meeting registrant from a form field via Zapier. When testing the registration I am getting an error which says that the Phone parameter is required. We don't have one to send and the Zapier-to-Zoom integration doesn't request one. What am I missing here? Thanks, Matt.

As a Zoom Pro account user, I attend lots of meeting with a variety of public and private stakeholders.  As a result, I frequently need to swap out my profile photo, org logo, etc. It would be very helpful to have an "image library" or something similar in the setttings in order to avoid downloading & uploading a new image every time I need to do this.  Am I missing something? Does this already exist or is there an shortcut? Thanks!

The Zoom app has updated itself overnight, and in the process removed my Gmail integration and iCal integration, and despite trying to add these back in, the webpage refreshes itself back to the same place and nothing happens. This means I am unable to share calendar invitations with clients or add meeting details directly to my calendar. Please help!

how to view an local recording

My organization is on various versions of Zoom that should all be in accordance with the minimum version requirements laid out in the quarterly schedule. Today, 7/10/23, it appears the release of newest version 5.15.3 may have forced us to be on at least 5.15.2 (released 6/27/23) unintentionally. We had ~150 identified users today not on 5.15.2 or greater that were unable to use the application. We resolved this by pushing out 5.15.2 to the affected users, which appears to have resolved the issue. However, we wanted to open a case to see why this might have happened.
