HELP please. I have been running exercise to music classes online since the start of the pandemic and since  mid April 2022 my clients can no longer hear the music it cuts in and and sometimes unable to to any music at all. I have even upgraded my laptop in case it was the internal audio but this hasn't fixed the problem!This never used to happen and I really need to get it fixed otherwise I will loose clients from my music based classesI look forward to hearing from you.  Outlook Calander zoom meetings not showing on the zoom software (some of them). Also, the user states that unknown meetings are showing on her zoom app. I updated the zoom app, and I signed the user out and had the user log back in, but nothing solved the problem. I did see an article that you have to check in the sync setting but i did not find it on the app, so i don't know if the sync setting is on or not. If any of you can show me the steps on how to check if the sync is working and what other troubleshooting steps are available. I would highly appreciate it. 

We run classes in series of 6.  So, I set up a series of recurring meetings that end after 6 occurrences.  Occasionally, after the series has started, I may need to delete one meeting.  I would like to have it delete and then the end move along 1 week.  So, it remains 6 occurrences but with 1 deleted in the middle.  Is there a way to do this?

I have a one Zoom ID where we have a add-on "Zoom Webinar 500".  I want to understand, if we can have meeting with 500 participants and not Webinar?

Hi Team,  We have configured a poly VVX 501 phone as Common area phone.  now we wanted to configure a Single number reach\RDP for this phone and also if phone not answer then call forward to cell phone number.  We are not able to configure both above option, kindly assist us how we can achieve this ? 

Hi Team,  We have configured one Zoom room, Video calls are working fine from zoom room but for zoom phone getting error on screen as "transport failure no transports left to try" Can you please let me know what could be the cause of it.

I am trying to present a video to clients, but they cannot hear the audio from the video. I have a laptop and two additional monitors if that has an impact. It worked in the past.

Hello, I turned on Meeting Summary to have notes for someone who was not at a meeting, and I forgot to tell remaining participants until later in our meeting. Someone is concerned about potentially sensitive information, and would like it deleted. Can you help me with this? Thank you.

Hello We're running a paid training session using Zoom events. Most participants are buying places through Zoom ticketing and registration. However, I've got 3 participants who will be attending but we've invoiced them outside of Zoom. How do I grant them access/register them for the course without going through the online purchase process? Many thanks Amy 

Hi there, I have noted that my screen glitches on my side during screen sharing IF the toolbar or video goes to the side of the screen. If I keep the toolbar and video away from the sides then there is no problem. However, with the latest update, the toolbar automatically starts off on the side. It is not a little glitch - half of my screen goes black and the other half becomes quite pixelated and blurry. If I stop screen sharing I can see my whole screen again but the "blurriness and pixelated" effect remains and then my screen flashes randomly. I then have to restart my laptop for it to be ok. I have a Dell Core i7, 10th gen, and Windows 10. Zoom version 5.16.2. Any suggestions out there?  Many thanks 🙂

Hi! I created a zoom webinar that originally had a banner image and then both the image and banner upload option disappeared from the branding section. Is anyone else having this problem that can help? 

I would like to enlarge the mouse size when I share the screen. Although I modify it in the settings it does not appear when I share my screenTHANKS

Hi, I just ordered yesterday the Pro Zoom. There have been trouble by the payment. The windows disapeared for finishing. So I logged in in my Onlinebanking and finished the payment. Today I have got an Email, that the payment was rejected.So how can I do now, because I payed the account.If I start the transaction one more time I would  pay double. 

Despite security precautions, we do experience the occasional Zoom bombers during our meetings. When this happens, is there a one-click way to send everyone in the meeting back into the waiting room at once while we sort things out? Or can it only be done by clicking on each participant individually and sending them to the waiting room?

Hi all,  I'm hoping to get answer to my unique problem. I've already sent out a ticket to support for both Zoom and Fathom but I just wanted to post here as well thinking someone might also have the same problemHere's the problem, some of my meetings are working well with Fathom, however there are other meetings that doesn't work and error says " Meeting Type not supported" therefore I cannot use Fathom. That exact meeting having the issue requires registration for the users to join. What I have noticed is that my meetings without registration works well with Fathom. I'll attach below the screenshot of the issue.  

Hi, I recently set up a facebook live streaming from Zoom and I selected just one facebook group. I tried streaming live on another facebook group but it doesn't populate upon clicking on the drop down arrow. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

I use my laptop for Zoom meetings because it has a web cam & microphone.  My desktop has neither.  While in a Zoom meeting on my laptop is there a way for me to also share my desktop screen?  Help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, in the recent update of Zoom, i'see a small window, which is present always on the screen showing my upcoming meetings. It is very annoying to have it always. Can anyone help me to turn off that?

I want to use a webinar as a weekly class for registered students.  Can the registrations be IP based or are they only email based?  What happens when someone logs in and then someone else uses the same login?  Will it only allow one occurrence of the registration to log in?  We are trying to head off any login sharing.

HiI need to know if is possible to limit the entryt of webinar participants to the schedule time and not based on if the meeting is running or not. I want to have 10 min prior the start of the webinar to check camara and audio but without participants in the meeting. I can´t find a solution so far. 

Question: I want to record a lesson via Zoom and simultaneously stream it, but also make it available as soon as possible for participants who can't attend at the scheduled time. Does anyone know the best way to do this? I know that I can record on Google Drive via Zoom, but I've noticed that the conversion process takes a long time, especially for a 3.5-hour lesson (which might take 7 hours?) All tips are welcome.

Hi, we're hosting a webinar over the course of the weekend, scheduled for 7 hours each day with an hour for lunch. Is it possible to end the webinar at the start of the lunch break. And relaunch the webinar after the lunch break? I would like a colleague of mine to host the afternoon sessions from her laptop. I don't want to 'end the webinar for all' however, if it means that we can't reopen the webinar after lunch, from a different laptop.
