Please bare with me (my first time doing this). In this program I was going to make the settings in speaker view so who ever is speaking will be in wide view.  I have multiple kids, that will be in different locations, but singing together.  What is the best way to handle this.

I'm trying to setup some laptops in kiosk mode (Windows 10 Enterprise) to allow users to get on a Zoom meeting (Zoom client, not Zoom Room). I know there will be a requirement to share the screen, but when I attempt to do it in kiosk mode, I get "Screen sharing has failed to start. Please try again later. Error Code: 105035" My guess is there is a permission that needs to be set, but I'm unclear on which setting(s) and where/how to do that. Any help here would be appreciated! Aaron

The host of my meeting often divides us into breakout rooms.  While in the rooms, the host occasionally broadcasts a verbal message to the group.  Everyone else in my room can hear his voice, but I cannot hear it.  I have no other microphone or speaker issues.  Is there a setting that needs to be changed on my end?

Zoom pricing is "per host" - what does this mean? My local camera club is moving to Zoom from another videoconferencing system and we are confused about the pricing for the Pro account. When it says pricing is "per host", under what circumstances would we need more than one "host"? Can anyone in the club be the host if they log in using the club's account? Does having a single host licence just mean we can't run more than one meeting at a time? I can't find clarity on this on the community or support pages. I hope someone can help. Thanks

Our company pays $300 per year for whatever plan we have. We have two administrators - me and Art. Art set up a meeting with clients. But before the meeting started he had a medical emergency and went to the hospital. When our clients tried to get in, they got "Waiting for the host to start this meeting." I tried to go into our account and start the meeting. I couldn't find it - or any of Art's scheduled meetings - anywhere. So no meeting and we looked terrible. What is going on? Why can't I access meetings on our on account. Also  - how much do I have to pay to get actual technical support from Zoom? Thank you.

I apologize if this has already been answered.  I checked a number of responses in support but none were clear enough.  At this time I am a new free user but considering Pro account for longer meetings.  The question is this.  Assuming I host as a paying Pro member are the free accounts that join the meeting bound to their respective 40 minute max?  In other words do all participants of that meeting need to be paying Pro members to attend for longer than 40 min? 

I recently got a macbook and have been trying to download and install zoom on it. I can get as far as downloading it and putting in my password to install, but then something pops up that just says an error occurred and to contact the manufacturer (screenshot below). This has happened every time I've tried to install it, over 5 times now. I have no idea what the problem is and no matter how much I try to google it nothing is explaining the issue. Does anyone know how to solve this?

If I host a meeting and allow someone to record a meeting I initiate, will that give the person access to my account or my account information?

Hi every one, Last mars 6th I made the payment to renew my zoom one pro annual account. The money was withdrawn from my card and I got a mail from zoom confirming the payment with an invoice attached. Today as I try to start a meeting the time is limited to 40 minutes and the profile says I only have a Basic account.I've called billing support and are still waiting after 30 minutes, I live in South America, in Bolivia and only the cost of the call while waiting for somebody to pick the phone is over 30 $us.I've also try the Chatbot which is not helpful at all. I seems crazy Zoom doesn't have a better support for its customers.

Hi,Meeting on Zoom BASIC can last 40 minutes only.I am on Zoom PRO - no limit on duration .I need to designate tutors to host meeting for 1 hour. They are on on Zoom BASIC.Can I designate a tutor to act as a host using their basic account, and would it enable them to host a meeting longer than 40 minutes?If not, please suggest an alternative way, please? Thanks!

I am trying to disable the "Require that all meetings are secured with one security option" setting but the toggle switch is disabled and gives the message below.  Please advise. "Per new security guidelines, you cannot change this setting. Please contact Zoom Support for more information."

I want to see which members have viewed our yoga class recordings to analyze the usefulness of recording and saving. We consistently run out of space and would like to fix this issue ~ perhaps with not recording classes if there's not a great demand.

I recently updated your program on my laptop.  Since then the video starts scrambling across the top of my head the videos of the others in the meeting and it is in black and white.  Once it starts it will not stop.  I have deleted your program from the laptop and reinstalled, but it keeps doing the same thing.  It also happens to others on their laptop that meet in the same meeting. I hope you can find the reason or a solution.  My computer is around 6 years old, but I recently also had a system update as well.  I have a Toshiba running on Windows 10. Thank you.
