I am a healer; not a tech person. I offer The AMAZing Healing Session on my website for payment. This is new. To have a group healing on Zoom, do I set up a meeting with zoom for date and time, advertise that meeting for healing and they go to my website for payment, send the payees the code for the meeting, hold the healing session at the meeting time?Also, can I set up a template for The AMAZing Healing Session meetings and just change the date and time for future meetings and still be able to hold family meeting for family things?Thank you, Gloria

I can't update my zoom!  It says to click on profile picture and click on help and update.  My account does not show that.  I reinstalled zoom and it still tells me to contact my IT.  I don't have an IT team 

With the two google accounts I have (different email addresses, both google mail) a different availability of virtual backgrounds. On one account I have all the regular backgrounds plus some I added, while on the other I only have 2 or three.  I am a paying member and am wondering why this is? Thank you for the feedback.

I have been having issues when starting meetings that I have created.  I keep getting the message "Please wait for the host to start this meeting" message, although I am the host and the person who scheduled the Zoom meeting.  This happens when I click on joining meeting directly from my calendar that I have created.I verified I am logged into the zoom integration on google calendars but I'm still experiencing this issue.Looking for assistance. 

We are new to Zoom Phones and the Poly Edge E450 brand of phones. We are trying to figure out how to see when other office members are on a call using their desk phones. In the past (old provider and phones) if a co-worker was on a call a red call indicator would appear showing they are currently on a call. If they were available for a call they would show as green.  I called Poly support and they indicated that this is a phone provider setting. However when I called Zoom they indicated that it was either a Poly setting or could be managed with the Power Pack ($25/user/month). My research indicates that power pack has nothing to do with the physical phones and only allows for higher visibility of call traffic on the zoom phone dashboard.  Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how do we fix this? Is this a phone setting or a zoom setting?  Thank you in advance. 

Hi Team We are trying to upgrade our Zoom account from Basic free version to Zoom one pro . After we provide the credit card details, the payment screen goes blank and we arent able proceed.This is happening in both mac and windows machines in all browsers too. Thanks Shiv

I've been in Zoom meetings where a remote user begins sharing their screen and it causes the meeting to go into fullscreen mode on my computer.  I don't want that to happen.  The meeting should stay in a window until I decide to go to fullscreen mode.  It didn't used to do this, but I see this happen now when I started using Zoom on a new computer. How can I prevent Zoom from automatically going to fullscreen mode? Looking at the Zoom "Settings" window, under the "Share Screen" section, I see an option for "Window size when screen sharing".  It has the choices "Fullscreen mode", "Maximize window", and "Maintain current size".  It's unclear to me whether this applies to when I begin sharing, when the remote user begins sharing, or both.

I am now working on planning an event in multiple languages with live translations.The live translation part is sorted but there are slides to be presented.Slides are being translated but what would be the best way to get people to follow the slides in their languages? Is there a way to maybe use breakout rooms or maybe some 3rd party tool that can be used for this? Any suggestoins how to approach this issue?

Hi,I would like to switch over to zoom phone from my current cloud pbx provider. I will be buying new phones. A few questions though.1) Can I set a button on the phone to toggle between business hours and after hours? We often stay late.2) does call park work well? this is important to us3) does the android app work well?4)We have 5 primary users buy 9 desks and extensions, can I buy the $15 unlimited plan for the 5 primary and use the $10 plan (I understand there will be a cost for outgoing) for the 4 extensions?5) What is the best large screen phone to use with zoom. I dont need a camera. Just a large display and a solid phone. Thank you very much for your time.

If I log into my Zoom browser settings and change the settings, do those setting changes apply to all Zoom meetings that I'm a host of, or only Zoom meetings that my Zoom account has created?  I ask because I'm a Zoom host for multiple meetings that I create and meetings I haven't created (but am promoted to host). I don't want the changes in my settings to be applied toward meetings I haven't created.  I haven't been able to find any supporting documentation on this in Zoom's knowledge base. 

I shared my screen as host in a Zoom Meeting.  I must have changed something inadvertently because the session is now recorded with the shared screen and only thumbnails of the speakers in the margin.  How do I change settings so that a shared screen is not included in a recording but participants only?

If I do NOT allow removed participants to rejoin, and if I do remove someone from the meeting, how do I then re-allow that person to join the active meeting, if I want to?   Thank you,   Rupert      

Hi,I'm using Zoom VDI client ver. 5.12.6 (22200) and connecting from Mac Air M1 that has ZoomVDI Plugin for Citrix ver. 5.12.6 (22200) installed (using also Citrix Workspace 23.01.0.53 (2301). I'm unable to share the screen nor see the shared screen while on zoom meeting (only audio is working) as well as start video (both of the options are not available) and the ZoomVDI client shows that: VDI Plugin Status: Not ConnectedVDI Connection Error: Plugin not Recognized also VDI Plugin version is not available I have been previously using Intel based Macbook Air and using the same plugin version it all worked fine. I have also tried all possible combinations of running either Citrix or zoom VDI plugin using Rosetta as well as well as trying to use lower version of plugin as the actual zoom VDI client, but unfortunately without any success.Any ideas or help will be appreciated!

I want to give my zoom meeting ID and passcode to my friends to use it but don't need me to open the zoom. I have disable waiting room and choose allow participants to join before host and click anytime. but it doesn't work, my friends said I have to open the zoom otherwise screen shows waiting host to start meeting. How can I set in my setting to allow others to use my zoom anytime without my presence (note, it is not a schedule meeting)?

I have a question about scheduled meetings.I have currently two accounts linked together (sharing pro account).If I have scheduled a meeting, for example, tomorrow with my account maintaining pro account,would the meeting tomorrow be held as a pro hosted meeting (unlimited meetining time) regardless of whether or not I join the meeting as a basic account or a pro account?

I have an iMac. I used to be able to schedule a meeting. When I did, immediately, my calendar on my Apple computer would open and, with a simple click, I had all the invitation information. I could then go to my email and copy and paste the invitation and off it went. Terrific. Now, with changes that I don't understand, I have difficulty finding the invitation. If I find it, it has the Zoom link that I can copy, but the invitation doesn't give the time or date of the meeting. I would like the "old" way back of scheduling something and being able to get the full invitation on my Apple calendar. Can you help me?

Hi there, Is there a way to stop the drop down that lists company employees when entering a phone number in zoom phone? Sometimes my colleagues type a number fast and hit enter and it calls whomever is highlighted at the top of the drop down. Is there a way or setting to disable this that can be done either by user or admin?

A group of us have a recurring morning meeting every day of the week. Each day has a different host. Can we all share one Zoom account for that meeting and log in and out to host as needed?

Hi, I'm interested in adding the large meeting add-ons to my Basic Plan account. Is it possible to do so without upgrading to the Pro or Business plan?The help article seems to be outdated, and when I attempted to upgrade my plan, I was only given the option to choose between Pro or Business before adding the add-ons. However, I've seen comments from others mentioning that they were able to add the add-ons to their basic plan.Can someone assist me with this?

I am a Zoom Phone Business Admin.  I recently set up three new users over the last week.  Two of the users are fine and set up did not look odd in any way.  One of the users has a problem: their display name in the Zoom Phone system is displaying as their email address rather than first and last name.     Does anyone know of a way to force the phone system to use their first and last name rather than email?  It is effecting things like outbound caller ID and searches for the user.  The only way I was able to fix this in the past was by removing the user and then adding them again, but this user is already using their account daily so I do not want to cause a loss of service if I can help it.

Our next payment date is February 28th, but it is difficult to pay because the fiscal year is over.I want to change the payment date to March 1st, the next day, can I change it?

Hi everyone,   I've noticed that users can be assigned "Zoom Phone Basic" plan which is extension-to-extension ONLY; we didn't pay for it so I'm assuming this is some kind of a free-bee   Our normal users get Zoom One Business Plus and our public area phones get Zoom Phone so my question is this:   Where did "Zoom Phone Basic" come from; since it doesn't show up in the billing section is there a limit to the users assigned "Zoom Phone Basic" and lastly could there be an ATA that I can assign "Zoom Phone Basic" to and use it just as intended for old POTS intercoms and extension-to-extension ONLY calling?   If yes what ATAs do you recommend, single POTS; or multiple; don't really care   Thanks Boyan
