Downloading Cloud Recordings from Recording Management page as admin
Hi!
Does anyone know how to download cloud recordings from the Recording Management page as an admin?

Sure - from the recording management page ( zoom.us/recording/management), click the title of the recorded meeting you'd like to download.
From there, you'll see all recorded views of the meeting/webinar. Hover over each, and you'll see a small down-arrow option to download:
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
