Access to video recordings for multiple user accounts

Hi!

I work at a company where we have multiple users with their own login credentials. We all record our calls/meetings/events however we can't share our library of recordings. They are limited to our individual accounts. 

Is there a way for us all to view and access the entire company's recorded content?

Hello,

 There are marketplace integrations that will automatically transfer your cloud recordings from Zoom to a central storage location.

Dropbox is one such example.

 

Perhaps this would work?

In User Management -> Roles, you can scope a specific limited admin role where the only elevated privilege is access to view recordings account-wide (or group-wide, if you wish to further scope/restrict).

For a 'Recording Management' type role, you could use the following settings:

For view-only, you would only need to tick the second option.

 

From there, just assign all users who require access to this role.
