I purchased a large meeting add-on for my organization (I'm the only user) several months ago, renewing monthly.  I wanted to double check the capacity before a meeting we're hosting tomorrow. I found under Account Management/Account Profile it says meeting capacity is 100. I also looked under Users, and the large meeting add on is assigned to me, the only user. I also looked under Plans/Billing, and see the Large Meeting Add-On is there, renewing monthly. So do I have a 100 capacity limit or a 500 capacity limit? I'm worried ... Susan

Can we hide the "Get Started" sections? It makes us complete them for the notification to go away For example, I can't even complete the "Join a Channel" one because my org doesn't have channels

I use zoom api to schedule meeting by using PATCH method of the endpoint /rooms/id/events.there is the post data  The response's status is 202 with no body response and I have check zoom room controller. No meeting room was created. What should I check zoom room version 5.15.7

Hi,Zoom released news about enhancing audio live caption in August 2022.In 1:1 Zoom, japanese live caption are now displayed according to their news, but there is an another pattern that is not working.That is if the webinar host sets the japanese live caption.When they set the live caption, the Japanese to English subtitles are displayed...I hope that I would like Japanese audio subtitles to be displayed for the deaf and hard of hearing in this pattern.Does anyone know a solution for this issue?I would like to know how the host can translate Japanese audio into Japanese subtitles and display live captions. Thanks in advance,Shoya

If a client sends an SMS to the company phone, where can we see it?

My organization wants to post recorded educational webinars that do not allow viewers to skip ahead.  We offer continuing education credits for our profession, and the recertification codes will be at the very end of the webinar recordings.  Is there a way to turn off the option to skip ahead to the end?  We can't just give away the codes by allowing them to skip the content and without having them view the entire webinar, per our "parent" organization.  I have searched and can't find this information.  Thanks!

I am wanting to change to zoom to tutor students. I am able to past an image or PDF to the whiteboard, but the meeting participant is unable to. The upload button is greyed out for them. How do i fix this?

My meeting is being hosted by a paid Zoom member. I am a Basic (free) member. If the host grants me permission to record a 90-minute meeting, can I record even though the meeting is longer than 40 minutes (my limit if I were hosting)?

Hello,We're having trouble with one of our hosts being unable to share their screen during meetings.From the host:"When I share, it shares my screen, freezes me, puts a refresh-spinning blue circle for my cursor, then signs me out and back into zoom and unshared what I was trying to share- all within a 60-second time period. As a host, during a meeting, I received a popup message that an attendee wanted permission to control my camera? What is this? Why would this be allowed? How did the attendee submit this request to me?.

When I schedule a meeting I am shown an email the invitation in Outlook which I add Invitees.  The email is then set.  On receipt the email no longer shows Accept Tentative Decline options - it just says 'No Response Required'I cannot find a way of enabling the Response options, and I am not aware that I have disabled anything in the settings. I am using ver 5.9.7.

Zoom nicely turned on HD for our account. Assuming I have it turned on in our settings, what happens if during a webinar an HD connection is not supported by our bandwidth that night? Can I actually turn off the HD and revert to SD in the middle of a webinar?   Thank you!

For the past month or so my zoom on different computers even is hanging pretty much every time I get on a meeting now. It hangs when I try to stop or start my video, it hangs when I try to go into a breakout room, it hangs when I try to come out of a breakout room. I'm attaching the stackshot from just a little while ago. It's making using zoom very difficult and I use it all the time. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

Team, I upgraded to zoom pro account, but the account plan is still showing basic.Can anyone help me with this regard? I have been logging with the correct email id that was used for the pro account. I have attached below a screenshot for the same.  

We are looking at implementing Zoom Team Chat.  With our current IM solution, at times I need to go in and run reports to produce conversation history between 2 people.  Sometimes for managers.  Sometimes for litigation.  I am noticing with Zoom the person that posted the comment has the option to delete that comment and then it doesn't show up in the chat history report.  I found a setting under Account Settings, Team Chat:Store edited and deleted message revisionsWhen I enable that, now I see the deleted posts on a 1:1 chat, but a channel still disappears into the ether if I delete a comment.  I'm not opposed to allowing people to edit / delete.  I'm just concerned there's no archive or reporting tracking what's happened.  Is there some trick or setting that would keep deleted channel comments in a report?  The notes under that setting seem to imply it would keep channel deletes too.  Maybe it's supposed to work.   

I accidentally deleted a specific group chat on Zoom Team Chat and cannot locate this anywhere now - desktop app or web portal. Does anyone know if it is possible to recover a deleted team chat (as opposed to a chat from a meeting)?

Good day everyone. I don't know if anyone has experienced this too but, after holding a 40-minutes meeting, Zoom sends a message that I have to wait for 4-minutes before I can start another, is unusual. Can anyone help please???

When assigning "Alternative Host" I receive message that the person must have a license.   Is there another option.  I have a weekly meeting that I will not be able to attend, however the group needs to meet.  Help!  If I send out meeting link.  Can the group enter meeting without me present?

HELP! I’ve gone through all the pages on security settings for accounts and meetings and tried everything, but nothing has worked.  I have a recurring meeting that I set up over a year ago.  I admit that I didn’t know what I was doing when I set it up and somehow it got set up so that only authenticated users could join, or those using a cell phone.  Now, I’m trying to get that corrected.  I have a passcode embedded in my meeting link and I have a waiting room set up.  I have toggled the Enable/Disable Authenticated users setting several times.  Nothing has worked.  It’s just this one meeting that is set this way and I can’t clear it out.  Because it is a recurring meeting I don’t want to delete it and start over, too many people have the meeting ID.      Please is there any way I can fix this???      

I have an upcoming meeting at which I need to be logged into Zoom on two different devices. I have an old MacBook that I'm trying to use that has OS X 10.6.8 on it. I installed ZOOM but it won't update to the latest version, which isn't surprising. But every time I log into ZOOM on the Mac it logs me out of the primary computer (Windows 10 Pro). Is there some parameter that I need to set that allows me to do this? The Mac is running ZOOM version 3.6.10826.1101 . It won't update to anything else.
