I'm a physician and I need to hear people cough when they cough. I have tried many different settings under audio and it only makes it worse, and there is no option to turn noise suppression off. Please help. Thanks.

I am hosting a public meeting, using a webinar, that is providing Sign Language interpreters. There will be multiple panelists that want will keep their cameras on during the discussions. At different points there will be screen sharing. To make the speaker and interpreter big enough for Deaf attendees to see the interpreter and to highlight the different speakers, the speaker and the interpreter will be spotlighted.  When the screens share is started the speaker's video is still visible to the attendees but the interpreter is not seen. This means the Interpreter must be the only spotlight so it is accessible but  now the attendees can not see who is speaking.How do I spotlight the speaker and the interpreter at the same time as screen sharing in a webinar? 

Hi Everyone,Hope someone can help me to solve this issue. I set up an Azure Virtual Desktop environment and installed Zoom as described on the website:- Installed Zoom "ZoomWVDMediaPlugin.msi" on the Virtual Machine Host on Azure,- Installed Zoom "ZoomInstallerVDI.msi" on the client that will connect to AVD. After that, no camera are detected by Zoom. Does anyone already has this issue before? Maybe I miss a step.Thanks for your support.

Dear Team, We purchased the ZOOM ROOM licenses long back in my account and still my account is showing basic. 

I pay a monthly subscription.... which is up to date, yet suddenly zoom calls are being limited to 30 minutes which means I can no longer do my job properly. How to I rectify this? Is there a real person to talk to at Zoom?

If I click the unmute button or the video-enablement button, nothing happens; the buttons do not respond. Mac (Sonoma) System Settings do allow Zoom for camera and mic.  I even tried disabling, and re-enabling; shutting Zoom off and on. Note: In Zoom (v. 5.17.1) video settings and Zoom audio settings, we do see the   live camera view and see the the mic is picked up. Zoom has worked will on this computer until recently.

I have a Zoom One Pro account - for some reason, when I try and add a simple video filter, the message comes up saying it is disabled and to go to settings. I've looked but cannot find out why it is disabled. Also, for some reason, even though I am the "owner", I cannot find out why I am not an "admin". From what I've read, only Admin's can access the video filters. I may be mistaken in all this, but your help would be greatly appreciated. Cannot find out where I can make myself an Admin.....

Recently purchased a zoom 606 from ebay. The effects work fine, but the pedal does nothing. Is there a certain mode or something im missing to make the pedal active? Mostly want to set it as a volume pedal on a few of my custom banks. Id appreciate any feedback. Thanks in advance

Hi all,Hope this is the right forum for this question. I have been conducting Zoom calls (with both video and audio) using just the computer speakers and microphone.  In an effort to stop disturbing the family as much with my calls, I bought a set of Bose QuietComfort 45 noise cancelling headphones such that at least the family would not have to listen to the other participants speaking over the computer speakers.  However, because these are true over the ear headphones, during the one time I tried them out, I found myself speaking louder than usual as obviously the ear muffs dampen the noise.  It was like I was calibrated to hearing myself speak at a certain level and therefore wanted to speak even louder so I could hear myself at the same level.  Is this just something one has to get used to?  In other words, learning to speak at a lower volume knowing that you are being heard OK on the other end?  I found it really missed with my brain having these

I had several scheduled meetings upcoming and then when I went in, they were gone.  Any ideas of how to fix?

Is there a way to look back at your Zoom meeting history to see how long the actual zoom took, as opposed to how long it was scheduled to take?

I have paid for the webinar feature but nothing is showing up under my WEBINAR tab, so I can schedule any events.  Is there something extra I need to do?

Is it possible to stop recieving emails daily about "Request to enable AI Companion?"  The AI settings have already been turned off for all users and will not be re-enabled. Unfortuntely I still get emailled daily about this and cannot see a way to block these specifically as the sender is *********** which I still require to recieve emails from as an administrator. Other administrators are also recieving daily emails.

Has anyone successfully used closed captioning OR live transcription in multiple breakout rooms occurring simultaneously? We have a paid account and the auto generated CC works fine in the main room. It seems like it should work in breakout rooms-- button exists, but no captioning ever appears. We can possibly hire live transcriptionists, but... I see the Zoom support article, but it's so confusing! I need to change the email associated with my account. The current email address is no longer active, and in that case, the only recourse for me is to submit a ticket (I'm on Pro Plan and can't call support). I submitted a ticket a few days ago, and have heard nothing. So, two questions:1. How long does it usually take for Zoom support to act on a ticket?2. How do I check the status of a ticket after it's been submitted?Thanks

There is no clarity around how Zoom counts 'participants'.  If I buy a package that includes 300 participants, does this mean:a. Maximum number in a single meetingorb. Maximum number who can join all the Zoom meetings I create in my account?If it is b., then if I set up 5 meetings and a single users joins all 5, do they count as 1 participant, or 5? 

Hi,I have received an email claiming to be from "Oracle Privacy - Zoom info"starting as follows: "This Notice of Sale or Sharing of Personal Data is to inform you of the sale or sharing of personal data about you ("Personal Data") from ZoomInfo Technologies LLC ("ZoomInfo") to Oracle Corporation ("Oracle") and supplements the information in the Personal Information Notice that ZoomInfo previously sent to you." It goes on to say I can opt out of this happening by following a link. It is quite a detailed email. I am 99% certain this is a phishing or scam email. It is quite clever and I can imagine it might seem legitimate without a lot of careful scrutiny. Has anyone else received this?

HiI have a very important meeting with clients on a project that involves streaming several videos and I made some tests and the video is all jerking. The sound also has problems but is less noticeable.The videos are short (1min) and relatively small (40-400Mb). The connection is cable and should be no problem and the computer is a gaming HP which is perfectly capable of handling the processing. In the screen, there is no problem either with the sound or the video but in the transmission is unacceptable.Any suggestions on how to improve the video quality? It is not an option to switch off my camera because the team needs to see me as I make the presentation.Any help will be most appreciated.regardsLuis

I am scheduling a zoom meeting with participants from Australia and India.  India does not come up on the list of Global Dial-in Countries/Regions.  Will that participant be able to dial in either via audio or video to our meeting?  I am in Australia and scheduling the meeting from Australia.
