Has anyone else had their parking lot functionality stop working? We've been on Zoom Phones for 2-3 years now using the parking lot feature with no issue. Starting this week, however, we are unable to retrieve parked calls. After we park a call it wills say it's parked on *701, for example, but when we try to pick it up it says, "Sorry, there is no call parked at this location". We haven't made any changes to our set up. The calls are being parked and retrieved from the same site and it's affecting both physical desk phones (Yealink T58A) as well as the Zoom mobile and desktop apps. Support has not been helpful and this is having a big impact on our business. I did noticed that Zoom rolled out private call park and aim call park on the same day this broke for us so I'm thinking that this new functionality broke our setup.

Hi everyone!I could use some help.My client granted me access to organize a meeting on his Google Calendar, and I need to create a Zoom link while showing HIM as the organizer. He already has the Zoom app integrated into his calendar. The issue is that when I schedule a meeting with video conferencing, my name shows up as the organizer since I only have delegated access to his calendar.Has anyone faced a similar situation? I am hoping that someone else with an Apple IPad has figured out to get ‘Orginal Sound’ back as choice the more menu.because zoom tech support is giving me IBM (windows) solutions 

Hello, I have an issue with the Mobile app that I am hoping someone else has experienced / fixed. When I receive a call the mobile app just shows "Zoom Notification" it does not ring or show who is calling or allow for answering. If I manually open Zoom I DO get the call coming through and can answer it but after I close the app after a few minutes it reverts back to the "Zoom Notification" with no call data. It seems like the app is going to "sleep" or a services is stopping and therefore not showing the call. I have.....Given unrestricted battery access to the zoom app.Removed Zoom from the "sleep" app on the phone and set to "Never Sleep"Disabled "Remove permissions if app is unused"and none of this seems to make a difference. If the app is open calls come through if I close the app I get a simple notification. Any experience or help would be appreciated. Thanks. 

Hello, Today I found a folder called "Zoom" on my Mac's Document folder on Finder that was created yesterday. The folder is 0kb, does anyone know if this is a normal thing?

Hello to the whole community. I have a Pro license. I have made my first recording locally and the file has a very low resolution (640x360). I have not found in the configuration options where to increase this resolution. Help! Thanks for the answers.

I work with a Blackmagix Atem Mini Pro, which is selected as a video camera. My Panasonic Lumix camera goes into this. This performance has worked wonderfully with Zoom for over two years. But suddenly I have a blue filter over the zoom image with the same configuration (https://dsc.cloud/581060/2023-12-23_10-59-10). The configuration works perfectly with Facetime, Teams and others, but not with Zoom. Uninstalling the Zoom client on Mac and reinstalling it did not bring any changes: Firmware updates on the Atem Mini Pro and the Lumix did not bring any changes. I am at a loss. Does anyone have any tips?

Hello,I'm an Administrator on an Enterprise account. Many of our Licensed users are experiencing the 40 minute limit on meetings. After reviewing their ZOOM profiles to verify their user types, their user types are still set to Licensed oppose to Basic. Why are our Licensed users experiencing the Basic user settings?

Hi! I have enabled my participant for closed captioning on their end within their zoom account.  I have it enabled as the host on my account.  However, when I do a test with the participant, the closed captioning doesn't come up for them but it does come up for me.  How can I make it so that my zoom invites enable this particular deaf person to see what I am saying using closed captioning correctly?  Is it that when

Hello, I provide my PMI to clients, but so far have only had meetings with 1 individual client at a time. However, now I need to see 2 clients in the same meeting. Am I able to see both in the same meeting if they join using my PMI? Or will that not work with 2 people trying to join the same meeting using the PMI? Thank you, Chiara

I have a few pictures I use as backgrounds.  I want to add a couple more from a recent trip but I don't have a meeting scheduled at the moment.  Is there a way to do that from my account or do I have to wait until I am in a meeting and start hunting and uploading the photos then? Thanks for help!

I am trying to get zoom to see a desktop program window as camera. Right now I use other programs like "manycam" or OBS to run a virtual camera into zoom. But that takes to many resources from my computer. Would like to see if anyone else was successful getting zoom to do that?

While recording on zoom cloud account the profile picture as a webinar host is not recorded when camera has been turned off. Instead the crossed black white camera sign is shown.Where do I find the setting to record the shown profile picture on cloud recordings? On local recordings it shows and record the profile picture but not on cloud recordings?This problem only occurs for webinars.

I use Zoom as a trainer and many times need to send links in the chat. I would like to be able to use a smart link, but I'm not able to do that in the chat. Is that a possibility in the future? 

I know a user can setup an IVR call in to their own DID to check their voicemails. Some users dont have DIDs.Im looking to route 1 DID for all users to call into to check their voicemails. Is there a way to do that.And yes I know they can get voicemail to email and use the mobile or desktop apps, some users are just old school and want to call in to check their voicemail.

I've  updated my Zoom account and troubleshoot but I don't seem to have the option to blur my background on my PC. I have a Dell 7370 with Intel Core M5-6Y54 which is 6th gen proc. I see on video requirements listing Core i5 6th gen and above work and while it says to exclude U series there's is nothing at all mentioned about M-series anywhere in the overall desktop client requirements page.  Note:  Blur background works in MS Teams video calls but not Zoom on this pc

The transcript/subtitles/captions are only showing when a certain participant shares her screen and is in presenter mode in Powerpoint. It picks up only what she says, live. Only in slide presenter mode. Said it happens in Teams calls too. 

Normally, I use dual monitors with Zoom in full screen mode. Shared screen and control bar(+chat, participant list) on the main monitor andon the sub monitor, I usually have videos of all participants(max 49?) in gallery(basic) mode in full screen.I only want what's shown on the sub monitor(gallery view of all participants' videos) to keep track of the attendance and to use it as a proof that they participated in the meeting. Is this possible? If so, how do I record it? (only the participant's videos (all participants)) I've tried it before but shared screen, host video(presenter) is still recorded and not all participants' videos are recorded.  Help.   

Hello, Say I want to record a tutorial and than send it out to users via email address. Can I embed the zoom recording in the body of the email itself so when they open the email the video is in body of the email? I know you can share it, where they have to click on a link and sign and all that jazz but I just want users to be able to play the video in the email itself. Anyone Know? 

I am experiencing an issue with the Zoom Room Controller application on my Logitech Tap IP device. The icons for Microsoft Teams Join and Google Meet Join are not appearing on the controller interface. The only icon that is currently visible is for Webex.I have already enabled the necessary configurations in both the account settings and room settings to support interoperability for Zoom Rooms, as per the guidelines provided. Despite this, the issue persists.Zoom room version : 5.16.5 Could you please assist me in resolving this problem? I look forward to your prompt response.
