Somos assinantes do plano ZOOM ONE PRO, onde a cobrança é feita no cartão de credito da empresa.Pagamos mensalmente o valor de 149,90, porem esse mês o valor cobrado foi de 773,33.Gostaria de saber o motivo, pois preciso informar ao financeiro.Obrigada.

Hi, I'm having trouble finding out the answer to this.  I have a zoom one pro account with one admin and one Licensed user. My organization no longer needs the second user account so I went ahead and deactivated it. we are currently on a yearly billing cycle with 2 users set to renew in February 2024. When I go to the billing management tab and change the number of users on our account from 2 to 1 the only option is to "Place order" and checkout with one user selected. This would then charge use for an account with only one user immediately but we would be double paying as we still have access to our 2 user account until February.   It's not very clear but because I deactivated the user will our billing update to reflect this change in February. Or will I have to go in, in February and sign a new contact for only 1 user? Thanks for your help with this matter! 

I'm running the Android Zoom 5.16.6(17128) App on a Samsung Galaxy A34 5G. I'm attempting to join a meeting I regularly attend using the Windows 10 App. When I enter the meeting ID the Android App accepts it and proceeds to the password entry screen, when I try to enter the password only the first 10 characters are accepted, this happens both if I enter the pwd manually via the keyboard or paste it from the clipboard. The meeting ID and password work fine from the Windows 10 application. Any advice? MTIA

Anyone who can tell me if it is possible as a host, to mute only 1 participant, but does not mute for all other i.e. The participant is only muted in my computer, while other paeticipants can hear him? I want to have two computers mic on in the same physical room.Thomas***********

I have been using Zoom for several yearsDuring this time I had the waiting room disabled and gave guests a passcode Then about six months ago I activated the waiting room for a specific event and then, after the event I disabled it But the waiting room remains active and I cannot find a way to diable it In addition there is NO audible warning when someone is in the waiting room, I have twice had people wait excessive links of time because I did not realize they were in the waiting room Please tell me how to disable it, it s a real nuisance Thanks so much     

Hi. I recently canceled my Pro Zoom account as I wanted to reactivate it with a company discount code. The last day of my previous Pro policy was yesterday. Today, I wanted to reactivate my Pro Policy plan, but am unable to as the status of my current plan says, 'Pending Cancelation'. Contact Sales. This is very frustrating as I need the Pro version for my work and am unable to reactivate it. I have already lost a day's work. Please assist. Thanks

I have been joining Zoom meetings for years when people send me links. Today, I clicked on a link and it said I could not join because my app version needs to be 5.13.5 or higher. Please contact your IT Team to update your app. I don't have an IT team. Not sure if I had a Zoom account, but I created one and downloaded a newer version. When I click on the installer it just opens a window that says join meeting and it is still on the old version 5.12.8. I am an experienced computer user and have never been more confused about what to do.. Please help!

I would like to STOP automatically going full screen when a participant (and host) shares their screen. I cannot find a setting for this. I am in a Zoom study group and participants ask questions that I readily know the answer to and do not need to discuss/see. When I am studying other content and listening in, my screen will automatically open Zoom full screen and show the whiteboard, throwing me out of my study materials. I need this to NOT happen, as it is disruptive while I am covering content that is new to me. Please, someone, HELP.

How can I have only one webinare number for 2 webinare ?

We are really interested in purchasing the zoom events platform but have many questions. I have asked multiple times for a demo but never have had a response. I have sent messages in every forum I know to get a salesperson to answer some of my questions but no response. I have tried to find a way to join a public event so I can see how it looks to attendees but have not been able to do that. Can anyone help me figure this out? MEH

I want to disable pop-up notifications that show on-screen during a meeting. When there is a sound in the room, I keep getting a window in the middle of the screen telling me my mic is off.  I want my mic off and don't want to be warned.How do I turn off on-screen notifications, or at least the one about my mic being off?

I cannot find a lot about this topic. Does the breakout feature only exist in Zoom Meetings, or is it also in Webinar?

I have been using my JE2 65 headset without issue for months. Starting last week, when I raise the boom mic to mute. I get the prompt to confirm if I want to leave the meeting. And if I move the mic back down, it shuts the meeting down completely. I constantly have to hit cancel to avoid this.  I checked the firmware with Jabra and I am up to date. I haven't made any changes to the Jabra settings and the Mute Mic with Boom mic option is selected.  I also checked with my old Jabra boom mic and the same thing happens. So I am thinking this might be a zoom issue. Is anyone else having these issues?  

Hi!This is driving me nuts: as soon as I receive any direct message the chat recipient automatically sets itself to the sender (instead of everyone) for the rest of the session. I can switch it to "Everyone" and send a message, but as soon as I close the chat and open it again it will once again point to that person.I tried googling for that problem, but no matter what I try, I just get the standard help pages for chat which do not seem to mention that issue.Can anybody help me?

HiI want to find a recording in the Cloud I did during a meeting. I was invited to the meeting and just selected Join via link. The person who invited me said she made me the host. I recorded the meeting to the Cloud during the meeting and when I had left, I tried to find the recording but cant find it on my page at the Web. I have a for free user subscription. According to the person who invited me to the meeting she doesnt have the recording and I should be able to find it myself.  Does anyone here know if its possible for me to find the subscription and how? Thank you 

Currently managers and above are enrolled in the PRO plan.If a Pro plan user is present in the same meeting, can the Free plan user use the AI Companion feature? Or do all users who want to use the AI companion need to be on the pro plan?

Hello!I run hybrid Zoom meetings and we've previously had someone remotely start the recording while I run the meeting in the room. That person is no longer available to run the recording. I was curious if I start the recording in the room, and we have a brief internet outage, whether the recording will continue or does it need to be restarted? Should I have someone with a stronger internet connection remotely start the meeting, or does it even matter? Since we are streaming the meeting in the room, the overall quality of the video is already dependent on the room internet. Nothing I can do about that. But if the recording isn't going to be disrupted by something that happens in the room, then I won't bother to try and find a new volunteer to run the recording remotely.Thank you!

HelloI declared my poly edge 20 phone on the Zoom web portal with its Mac address: xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx. On my users Lan switch, I created a specific vlan and assigned it to the phone. Subsequently, I created all the necessary flows as is the case for the zoom application to the zoom cloud servers. The phone retrieves an @IP36_2 but I cannot register it on the portal, it remains offline. I looked at the streams between the phone and Zoom no streams are visible on my firewall.I need help with the process of starting and registering a phone to zoom.

Hello, I've set up a virtual product in WooCommerce on my WordPress site and I've created a Zoom meeting with required registration. Now I want a customer who purchases the virtual product workshop to be taken to the Zoom registration page. I test purchased the product but was not taken to the Zoom registration page.  All I get is an order confirmation (as per attached screenshot) but no button or link to take the next step - register for the workshop. Could someone help me figure out what I'm missing?  Thank you

Hello out there fellow musicians.Does anyone have any advice about how to get a better sound quality for teaching music, voice specifically, on Zoom.I fixed some of the audio settings, but am not there yet.  My student  (and me too!) still cuts out about half the time when sustaining notes for any length of time. Whatever help you can offer would be mostly appreciated.Thank you,Aratcliffe
