I've been using the PWA with virtual backgrounds on my ASUS C536EA-BI3T3 Chromebook for the last 6 months.  Today when I joined a meeting my image shows up in a circle in the center.  This appears to be related to system requirements - yet I can't find what those requirements are on the site.   And it's been working for months. What changed, and how do we get it fixed?

I used to schedule recurring meetings with no end date or number of occurrences. Now I am forced to choose and end date or a number of occurrences. If I choose for example "End date: 50 occurences", then all 50 meetings are listed on the left under upcoming meetings. That is totally annoying. How do I get around that? Also, it used to say "this is an ongoing meeting - meet anytime". I don't see that option anymore either. If I pick a certain time or date, can I still meet anytime? Thanks for your help

Hello everyone, In our tenant, we would like to have Team Chat disabled for everyone, but we would also like to be able to slowly deploy it should we decide to do so.  Our Zoom reps mentioned creating a group with a name something like "Team Chat Disabled," then disable team chat in that group's settings.  Then it was mentioned to enable team chat at the account level and leave it unlocked there.  From there, people we don't want team chat enabled would be added to the "Team Chat Disabled" group. Surely, others here have wanted the same thing to where you perhaps want certain groups to have team chat, but not others.  For those with experience with this, how did you handle it? Thanks!

We've recorded a meeting on the cloud with closed captioning, and we can watch it on the cloud and the CC shows. If we download it, so we can send it to our H.I. client the CC is no longer attached.  Is there a way to keep it attached? Other suggestions? What is the best way to help our H.I. client?  Thanks, Randy

I have a few Zoom rooms that are currently running app version 5.15.7 (3094) , 32bit. I'm trying to upgrade these to 64 bit via the admin web portal but don't see any option to do so. The Windows versions of each device is 64 bit so it should be capable. I've read the transitioning to 64bit KB article on Zoom but I don't see the options it describes for the device management to update from 32bit to 64 bit.  Any help of how to upgrade these rooms would be appreciated.

Hello Folks!This is Jarry,  I have made a startup about sports equipment. Now I have made it to the big. Whenever I go for meetings and other stuff I see the meeting ends after 30 minutes. It actually made me suffer a little.  I want to know about this. How can we have a free plan which can make us go for a meeting for at least an hour?  Few more things I want to add. ! - how do have more features in the free plan?2 - What features do we actually have?3- Is there any best official tutorial for zoom to master?That's all!

Hello everyone - I have an Education account; I teach at a university and my account is via the university. I have a Personal Meeting Room that is my own, for example (not shared by others even at the university).  When I go to my zoom page at look at "Account profile" it says "XYZ University." My colleague (not at the University) has a Pro account with a license to hold a 1000 person Event. They would like to make me an Alternative Host for an upcoming webinar they are putting on. However, as they are creating the event, on the Schedule a Webinar page when they add my university email address an error pops up, "Unable to assign email at university dot edu as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time."  I thought maybe it was because the system thinks I don't have an account.

 

I have a basic plan, but just noticed that today Zoom billed through paypal $295  - 8/18 - and then looked back at July and I was charged $293... I am on a free plan... what is Zoom charging this amount a month for?  I cannot even find any product that they charge ANYONE that much money.  Will check with paypal tomorrow but wondering if anyone else is having this issue.

We are looking to use the screen share feature (button on the Zoom app home screen) in a webinar with a the backstage enabled and apparently this does not work. We tested using the screen share feature to join a webinar with just sharing a screen (this is a hybrid event where the presenter on the stage does not need to be fully in the meeting but we would like their screen to be shared into the webinar). We did this my using the Share Screen button on the home screen of the Zoom application, this worked perfectly in a standard webinar but when we joined a meeting with a backstage it worked while we were in backstage but once we move into the webinar we lost the share and cannot restart it.  Any suggestions?

I created my account using my work email address. I'm about to retire and will no longer have access to it. I've changed my sign-in email. Does that also change my account email and if not how do I do that?

First, I do not have a regular paid account. I am on the Zoom "list" as I was a school teacher teaching on Zoom during Covid. I do still use Zoom as a participant. When I either want to do a Zoom Test or when I want to go to someone else's meeting, it says: Update Required. You must update to the latest version.... Then I click Join From Browser, and then asks for the Meeting Passcode ...even for just a Test. This just started a few days ago.    ??

Next Friday we are hosting a 24 hour challenge online for 3 local charities in New York. Currently we can only have 300 people online, how can we increase this for the 24 hours so we can have over 300 people able to join and participate 

Dear community,I paid to zoom one at 29 July for one month, I canceled it because I only need it until 29 August,by today 18 Aug 23, ZOOM already put my account into basic .. suppose my subscription is until 29 august 23 right?  I don't know how to report this error... is this because of a different subscription with Zoom whiteboard? and I cannot email ZOOM support either.. regards,   

Hi! I would like to add an alternative host to a webinar that is already scheduled. My primary motivation for doing this is so that this person can join the practice session I'll start before the webinar, and help me ensure that everything is working correctly. (Versus upgrading them to co-host, which I can only do once the meeting starts). Any advice for how to do this? Or if not, another way to manage the situation? Thank you so much!

I have Zoom add-on for Outlook 365. I have a weekly reunion (I'm the owner), and I want to change the finish time in ONE of the weeks, but when I send the new time there is an Error 4503.There's no information in the internet about this error.Does anybody know what's this code error?Thanks.

We have our inside sales agents making outbound calls to our opt-in leads from our website and every 3-5 days their numbers are bad and show "Potential Spam" to the caller. Obviously our answer rates go way down. How do we get this fixed?

I received a message saying I need IT to update my computer to latest version above 5.12 This is my personal computer, I am IT for my business. So I uninstalled and went to reinstall from site as recommended. It seems to have installed the same previous version 5.11 How do i install the proper version? Do I need to use ARM? I'm not an IT expert but I can follow proper instructions. Please assist. Love to upgrade my zoom again as I use it more... Thank you! 

I want to share the recording of my recent webinar with both attendees and people who registered but didn't attend. I also want to encourage them to share the recording with others. Is there a way to set up my account that would require anyone who opens the recording to first include their name and email address? This would be ideal in expanding my email list for future marketing purposes.

I'm struggling with my Zoom meeting video. When my computer initially signs on to a Zoom meeting, my camera will flash excessively, and sometimes will display the other participants' video screen. I would love to get some assistance with this, even if it means I need to fix something on my computer hardware side. Thanks!

I have the free version of zoom. My boss has the paid version and added webinars to my account for a month so we could host a meeting. After the month was done, I went back to the free version. I need a webinar recording from that month and I can't find it anywhere. I know I recorded it. Where would I find it?

We have a meeting schedule we use 3 times per day for our Narcotics Anonymous Group.  We have a scheduled presentation coming up and I purchased a single month of 'large meeting' for one month. Will the scheduled ID we use automatically have the licensing applied to it when we hit 100 people?
