black rectangles during screen share

when i screen share, i want ot see the participants. 
yet when i move their pictures on top near my laptop camera, the participants see a black box - SEE ATTACHED

i have re-downloaded but therre is no difference

i have also tried other ideas mentioned in the forum.
how can i get help with this?

any ideas

    Hi @AL10 ! Thank you for posting your question. Do you have "optimize for video" enabled when you are screen sharing? This could be the reason for that.

    optimize for video button was the problem
    when it was turned on the black box appeared and when turned off the box disappeared.

    i was lucky ot have a patient audinece that let me toggle back and forth
