Hello all. I have a question about having certain features "locked disabled" at the account level versus the group level.All of our users are not in a group right now. But we have a feature that we would like to test run with about 20 users, and leave it locked for the rest. My thought is that I could unlock this at the account level, then bulk add my users to Group A, where the setting would stay locked disabled. Then my 20 users I could move them to Group B, and have the feature allowed to be turn on.My only questions are, since Group A would be about 2400 users, and I wouldn't want to mess with any individual settings other than this one when moving them into the group:When a group is made, does it mirror account settings?and does this seem like the most straightforward way to achieve the result I am looking for?Thank you for your time 

Does anyone have any insight on how to configure 21:9 output for Zoom Meetings on a windows PC?

I'm going to hold a zoom meeting for a virtual community workshop. Is it possible to use the whiteboard feature to display a city map (pdf) and allow workshop participants to place markers (preferably in 4 colors) on the map?   Thanks for your ideas.

Ich bin von Deutschland in die USA umgezogen und habe im Zoom die Daten sowie den Plan zwangsläufig aktualisiert. Inkl. Bank Verbindung und Adresse. Seit denn (Januar 24) kann ich die alten Zoom Rechnungen von 2023 nicht mehr abrufen.  Es zeigt nur eine neue Rechnung. so als ich Komplet neues Konto hätte.  Wo kann ich sie finden, downloaden oder nachträglich beantragen? Mein Plan ist Zoom one Pro, davor hatte ich auch ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement. Danke für Hilfe

Since upgrading my Mac to Ventura 13.0 yesterday, Zoom (5.11.6) crashes when I open the external contacts.  Today it is showing an upgrade available but gives Error 10004 when I try to upgrade

Is there any possibility to "switch off" that "Minimize window and appear on all workspaces" when working on more than one workspaces and switching among workspaces? (Ubuntu) Got the app running with a widow adjusted on one workspace and when I switch to other workspace the app is minimized (see a screenshot attached) and appears on all workspaces. It's really annoying.

when i screen share, i want ot see the participants. yet when i move their pictures on top near my laptop camera, the participants see a black box - SEE ATTACHEDi have re-downloaded but therre is no differencei have also tried other ideas mentioned in the forum.how can i get help with this?any ideasthanks

My zoom device has two screens, a big one and a small one.I need to swap their current display, but I don't know how to do it.Picture caption  BTW，I can't solve the problem by changing the video output line, because the small screen is an all-in-one machine and the big screen is a TV.I want to be able to set the main screen as the big screen and the small screen as the second screen. Thank you for your help!

Hello,Is there a way to reduce the size of the whiteboard in a zoom meeting? Currently, it takes up most of the screen and the images of participants are very small. I need to see the participants faces more clearly while posting information on the white board. If the white board cannot be reduced, is that an add on that will allow me to type, post images and videos in a smaller windows during a meeting? Thank you

I used to click on the photo on the top right-hand corner and a dropdown box would include an option for checking for updates.  I cannot find that function anywhere.  Does anyone have the same experience?  Does anyone how to do updates now?  Thanks in anticipation for your help. Cheers Joseph

I am the host for a meeting with registration, can I have access to the different links of the participants who have registered for my meeting in order to resend them if necessary?

I have an instructor that logged into her personal Zoom account on 1/9/24 for a class she was teaching.She logged in on 1/9 using her college email but she hadn't yet accepted the request to link her Zoom account with the college, so the class took place under her personal, free Zoom account. The next day she accepted the request to link her Zoom account with the college and now she can't access the Zoom attendance report for 1/9/24. The college must have this in order to report the attendance hours. What should she do?

I had integrated zoom to my sandbox and was trying to create a Zoom meeting in zoom application so that it creates a record for that meeting in my  salesforce  account but currently I am not able to get those records. Can anybody help me in this scenario ?

Why are balloons, fireworks, explosions, and sparkles randomly appearing in my  frame when I'm in a meeting for a class. I haven't touched anything! It's also happening in my GoReact that I use for my class as well. I've tried to contact support, but I am being ignored. 

Suddenly, about a week ago I started getting balloons or fireworks or thumbs up reactions popping up when I say certain phrases during a call.  I need to remove this as it is very embarassing and distracting during client meetings.  Has anyone successfully removed this?

Hi, I am the administrator of our account. I would like to minimize the options for the participants of our meetings, so that they have no options (buttons at the bottom) to play with. I tried to deselect many options in the admin part, but users still see buttons like White Board, AI Companion, ...Do you know whether there is a way how to display the vital functions only, like video & mic? Multiple people in my organization had started receiving a message saying Join Meeting Timeout or Browser restriction when trying to join a meeting via in browser. This never happened before and no I don't want to use the client to access the meeting as I would have to download and update everyone's zoom. Please help if possible!        

Hello,I have an MSI gf63 laptop with i5 11th gen 4.5Ghz, 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD.In recent days zoom was struck and it gave a 'zoom is not responding error' message.So I restarted Zoom then worked correctly again. It doesn't work continuously until the end of my meetings.How can I solve this issue?I have important meetings at next week.I want to fix this as soon as possible.

Hello,How can I make it so that when I click on a Zoom link, the program starts directly instead of being redirected to the browser and only then starting the program? - If thats possibleI know I can write Meeting ID and Passwort to directly Launch (Meeting) Zoom Program but is it doable by only using Zoom Link without redirection? It's just because sometimes Zoom wont start after my Browser gave him this order; sometimes loading times of my Browser are quite long and sometimes people dont share their Meeting ID & Passwort. Thank you for reply 🙂

On my laptop, there's an 'advanced' sharing option that includes Computer Audio, which allows my zoom video screen to function normally while sharing the computer's audio only.   Is this possible on an ipad?
