Subscription cancellation impossible - help!

Hi,

I have another Zoom-account that no longer exists but via which zoom still collects money for a premium subscription every month. Since I can't log into it anymore, I can't cancel, and Zoom hasn't gotten back to my complaints yet.

Can anybody help?

Please try referring to the following support articles. Note that if you purchased through an app store (Google or Apple), you must cancel through them.

If these do not help, I recommend waiting for a response to your request.

Thank you for your reply.

I'll have to wait on Zoom since the account doesn't seem to exist anymore, we've tried everything.

I will check whether I purchased the subscription via the App Store and wait on Zoom to reply.
