Request: Enable outbound calling to “Special Countries”
How can we enable the outbound call to these countries:
Cook Islands, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu
Scope: Apply to our multiple Zoom Phone site.
We are currently unable to create a support ticket through the Zoom Support Portal, whereas this option was available previously. We have also attempted to seek assistance via the Zoom Virtual Assistant and phone support, but both channels appear to be AI-based and have not been able to resolve our issue.
Could you please advise on how we can raise a support case or connect with a support representative?
