Can you tell me how to connect the Zoom neural network?

      I’m sorry for the late response.

       

      Zoom incorporates AI technologies, including neural networks and machine learning, into many of its features. However, there isn’t a standalone “Zoom neural network” that users can access or connect to directly. Instead, these AI capabilities are built into the platform and function automatically, so you can simply use Zoom as usual without any special setup.

          I would like to disconnect AI recording and notetaking from my zoom people in my group feel uncomfortable with it and I could not figure out how to do it. Thank you.

          Hi ​@Katharine Goray,

          Thank you for participating in the community! To turn off AI recording/notetaking (AI Companion) for your meetings, you can stop it either during a meeting or by disabling it in settings.

           

          During the meeting (quickest):

          1. In the meeting window, hover over the AI Companion (diamond) icon.
          2. Uncheck the items you don’t want (for example Meeting summary / Meeting questions) or choose Stop AI Companion to stop everything.
          3. Confirm in the pop-up. If you see the option, you can also select Delete meeting assets to remove items like summaries/transcripts.

          If you want it off by default for future meetings:

          • Sign in to the Zoom web portal → go to Settings → AI Companion (or Account Settings > AI Companion) → under the Meeting section, turn off the features you don’t want.
